Almost all Armor sets shown here are available at barons shop in the crystal hunt gamemode at differing levels of rarity
all armor sets are being showcased in the sandbox game mode not inside crystal hunt.

I cannot say for certain an eta for that but the creator of the outerrim has stated
"Reminder - Blade & Sorcery v1.0 has been released - TOR only works on U12.3
TOR will not work with v1.0 and it will possibly take MONTHS to port everything across due to the sheer number of changes and the size of the mod. The update cannot be completed until the game's SDK has been released - which is not out yet."

oddly enough, the T0 chestplate goes completely unused in crystal hunt. it's not on any of the outlaws in the outposts and you can't buy it in the shop

Hey, really helpful video😊 and I recently checked on b&s Cystal hunt, the marauder helmet seemed like it was more plate/blackened armor material instead of red leather, if you could help explain that would be great 👍

Its likely due to it missing the leathery buckles that the rest of the armor has and the overall shape matching more like a traditional helmet.
its hard to tell on lower graphical settings and in bad lighting to be honest it had me tricked originally
