    As a pro photographer working A LOT with skin retouching for more than 10 years, I assure everybody, who is not sure about these plugins, that Dodge&Burn plugin is BY FAR the best plugin for skin retouchin on the market yet. It saves me a lot of time and my time is much more pricey than the price of plugin.

      So then only get the one or ones you actually need. 🤷🏼‍♂ The value of the business time I've saved with just the backdrop cleaner alone over the past 2 years since I first purchased it on the advice of another commercial photographer, is more than worth it - far more. (Also just keep an eye on the site - they have several annual sales a year, including a big discount on Black Friday and Boxing Day).

      The pricing is high because they won't get repeat buyers.
      Compare this to $20 Photoshop actions that uses smart filters, AI skin selection, and proper layer management. Retouch4Me is fooling amateurs.
      Their next Photoshop plugin will be a clone of something on GraphicRiver bestsellers list, but priced at $100.

    I have set up an action in Photoshop and then use Bridge to run the action on every image I want to run it on from a wedding or senior session. The action even sets the opacity levels I like. I run this overnight and the only thing left to do in the morning is to import the new PSD file to Lightroom. It does error out sometimes but still is very productive when processing many files.

    Batch is easy. Edit photos in Lr. Save metada edits. Turn on bridge, open raw folder, select photos. Choose from top dropdown menu(forgot how it is called)> Photoshop> Image processor and then choose action. Tested many times, but I like to export JPG from Lr and then run R4M because it is faster. But latest workflow is to choose photos in bridge and then edit in ACR because ACR it's so much faster. With minor loss in functionality.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

    • @stuffjoeyloves
      @stuffjoeyloves 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Isnt Evoto a bit expensive since it's not a lifetime access program? If I remember correctly you have to purchase credits to use it, right? I heard it was a fantastic program, but if I am editing a lot of photos then I think having to buy credits would start to get pretty expensive, or am I wrong?

    • @adamchandler8508
      @adamchandler8508 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is a credit-based system so, yes, likely more expensive for most people. I do love the results, though, and am willing to pay 6 cents per image which, for most of my shoots, comes to about $4 - $5. Def wish it was a flat fee or even subscription-based pricing model.

    • @adamchandler8508
      @adamchandler8508 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It does use the credit pricing model so, yes, for many people it will be more expensive. So far I like the results enough that I'm willing to pay the 6 cents per image (which equates to $4 or $5 per shoot for family shoots or about $1 for headshots). I definitely wish it was a one-time purchase or even a subscription-based app but for some types of retouching there really is nothing better out there, IMO@@stuffjoeyloves

    Huuuge meh on it. As a full packet, if you buy all the plugins, it's fast and the effect as whole is kinda good. Assuming you bought all of it. And it ain't cheap.
    As a single plugins, they are doing just ok, but not good.
    I bet all that "amazing" "awesome" and "nuts" in the movie comes from the fact that author got it for free, and it's a promo of sorts.
    All of it, you can do by yourself, creating actions. And if you have some experience under your belt with Photoshop, this is obsolete for you.
    Especially if you are a wedding photographer, and you have your own fav settings in your camera, then probably you already have your fav oesets in camera raw and in lightroom.

If you live in a country where speaking freely might land you in jail or persecuted in some way, perhaps you might not be quick to comment on such topics.
