I'm a big fan of your channel and really appreciate your style ❤️
As a carp angler navigating these deep waters, I've learned the ins and outs the hard way:
- Rods: Century (for an English flair) or Sportex (for a German touch)
- Reels: Daiwa (Basia or Cast'izm for newer models, Tournament ISO or Emblem X Japan for old-school vibes)
- Luggage: Solar Tackle
- Rod rests and indicators: Solar Tackle or Poseidon Angelsport
- Bite alarms: Carpsounder
- Boilie dips: Only the old ones if you can find them from Kevin Nash, but they're quite rare 😂
- Boilies: Homemade

Thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate them.
It sounds like you've got some really nice equipment that you've discovered the hard way, like a lot of anglers do because, besides the technical specs of the gear, there is always the anglers' preferences and the "compatibility" with our hands. That's why I think the best way to choose a rod or a reel is to test them or, at least, to touch/see them before buying.
One of the ideas I started this channel with is to try to present as much details as I can for the ones that cannot go to the store to "feel" the products or maybe they missed something.
Do you make your own boillies using premixes or starting with individual ingredients?

I will give you the basic recipe:
200gr Soya meal
200gr Fish meal LT94
200gr Corn meal
200gr Seed mix for birds (!NB: meal)
100gr corn starch
100gr rice meal
10 eggs per 1kg
60ml homemade tomato juice (or salmon oil omega-3)
40ml sunflower oil (or hemp oil)
30-50ml Starbaits dip of your choice
Casein 5-20gr (check the label)
Betain 5-20gr (check the label)
Use your hands to make different size of boilies. Cook the boilies on steam for 6 min or in water for 3min (they need to go over the water).
When you buy meals go for expensive ones (BIO). LT94 from CCmoore is good.
Catching a Carp on your own homemade bait is one of the best feelings. 🙌 👌 😌

I honestly don't know, probably time will tell.
One of the reasons I personally chose them is that they also have the vibration detection system in adition to the roller.

Have you seen the new ngt net same as what all the other companies sell for well over 100 they want 30 for theirs tackle is coming along leaps and bounds

Sorry, i did not catch the "net" word in your first comment.
I just took a few minutes to check the landing net online, but I'm not sure which one are you talking about.
At the moment, I use 2 landing nets, one is a Caperlan and the other one is Delphin Symbol 110.
I actually have been looking for a new landing net with folding arms or easier way to detach arms and net, but until now I could only find the Solar ones.
