If carry 4 passengers, does it meet weight requirements or laws? I've had a hard time finding an inflatable that can legally carry 4 people. I like the elements of the Ocean Master 390.
How this OM 390 or OM390DL would perform with the Yamaha 30? My local store has this combo as a package but I am a little concern about lack of power. Should I really make an effort to upgrade to a 40HP?

Stop calling a 390 an offshore boat, it's not. Not even close. It's a big dinghy, a very nice one. But don't call it an offshore boat.
