So here what separates Billy’s guides from others, and this is a personal opinion- his discussions points throughout the piece. It does influence the way you play. While I may play different to Billy I openly acknowledge his style influences my style and the guides are the binding part of this, essential to any DayZ newbie and experienced players. Made me laugh today... I drive a delivery truck, my route is out in the boonies and farm land. Thanks to starting to play DayZ, when I hear a rooster now, I get a little excited and without thinking, take note which direction it came from. 😂😂😂😂😂
At 15:53 if you don’t want to wash your hands after or you don’t have gloves. If you have a knife you can make rags from clothes, then craft rag gloves so your hands won’t be bloody. (Also great video!)
Sometimes you can kill goats with melee. Worth a try. On Livonia there's that Northwest spawn point near a little red house that usually has a tribe of goats and I've run up on em several times with melee. Unless that's been updated and they're more wily now
Melee killing zombies makes just as much noise and one tapping them. With a gunshot If not more. I’ve gotten the jump on quite a few players because they were in a fist fight with the zombies. 11:25
With that fella following you. I think I would have put my long gun in my hand (ammo or not) as I walked backward up the street and watching him. That should have made it obvious you did not like him following you. Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together would know he needed to change what he was doing. Back off, change his loot route, or get ready for a fight. Looting behind you like he seemed to be doing, meant he had only your leftovers to pick up.
For these I always play vanilla or official servers. No mods. That's because most people starting off don't play an altered version of the game and I want to show off the game for what it is/what you can realistically expect. 😁
My dayz's journey most of the time end up at the low/medium stage... Dude I can't remember when I have been geared as people in late game :/ I think the reason is that i don't know a map exactly, i feel like there is 3 towns on the map

On the original map, I survive on fruit/dried fruit. It's everywhere if you look for it.

Late game gear can be rough, especially if you're new. It takes time and experience to get to that point😁
