Maybe timing of the interview couldn't include, but Paul will bring his West End Streetcar Named Desire to Brooklyn Academy of Music in Spring 2025; hopefully a Broadway run the following season -- maybe that's where he'll get his high school high of performing again. He's also filming Merrily We Roll Along over 20 years (with Ben Platt and Beanie Feldstein) -- it seems like an odd throuple, but Paul's star will be shining even brighter by the time that one comes out.
Tbh, I thought the original Gladiator was like a donut: delicious on the surface, empty on the inside. But I’ve seen Paul Mescal in some thoughtful dramas, and I’m interested to see him again.

I agree with you, and I also think all those awards it won were due to the fact that there just weren’t any other strong contenders that year.
saw the movie last night and it was good but cant compair to the first of course but most will enjoy
I don’t expect it to be as good as the Original, but we’re only seeing it because of Denzel.
Denzel was good but his role was laid back until the ending of the movie you will enjoy the complete movie
