The only thing is, that skinning job @ ~11:10 was atrocious 😂, try and keep the knife pressed against the skin at a ~40⁰ angle and then pull the skin toward you & side to side, (hold the knife in place rather than working the knife forward). Sorry, just made me cringe seeing all that meat left at the end
