I believe it was his reaction that was failing to enter the pins the right way. I had this trouble at my league a few weeks ago, my ball was facing up early so I left back to back stone 9's. But still pretty unlucky.
It is not the first time I have seen this happen to Dom, I can't understand why, but something in his shot may be wrong, it is the only explanation I can find. It often happens also to Wes Malott, his and Dom's shots are impressive and I love watching them, I just can't understand what is missing in them
those back to back solid 9s make me feel for Dom every time :/

Ryan is a very simple but deep person
It's always Ciminelli winning Barrett when it comes to Barrett vs Ciminelli
Ciminelli throws one powerful ball and it's fun to watch. 👍
These are two of my favorite bowlers on the pba tour. I would’ve been so happy regardless of who won :)
My favorite lefty! Go Ryan!
I still say Ryan got robbed of Player of the Year that season. He had 3 titles and made a couple more shows to boot
Yeah I agree man
He was on the telecasts for the TOC and World Championship that year!
Belmo’s 3-peat was just too significant … Shame
Clutch.
I wanted him to win and he won
