I am old now and I do all these things. I have done them for a few years now. I live alone, I am happy, I do not have anything, but I live on a little boat and walk in the countryside every day. Sometimes I am so happy just with my surroundings and my little dog that I could not describe it. I am lucky (but it took time).

@@freebird7017 True, but there was already abundant material in his actual work for the Nazis to develop & "actuate" - "The weak and misbegotten shall perish: first principle of our brotherly love. And they shall be given every assistance." Of course, everyone perishes, even Der Übermenschen (in addition to the “innumerable…small and pitiable men” being assisted on their way). Such moral content as inheres in this "Will to Power" is profoundly nefarious.

Reality is objective. Our perception of it is relative. It's a huge difference. Reality is objective. The results and consequences you will get will depend on how accurate your perception will be.
Now, we have hundreds of thousands of years of wisdom, and between errors and failures, we find out, so far, what are the most purposeful ways and paths we can choose to get a desired outcome.
Reality does not care about your perception of it.

Nietzsche was certainly a brilliant man and you can learn a lot from reading his books. But you should also read about his life and where his views on the world ultimately led him. I see him as a rather tragic figure; someone who shunned spirituality in any form to his own detriment. That is what is lacking in his philosophy from my point of view, and probably what led to him being institutionalized. He had great insight into many things but we need to also take heed of the valid criticisms of his work. Many modern philosophers also seem similar in that they are highly intelligent and provide valuable interpretations of our society but gloss over important elements in the human experience. There is incredible value in the transcendental aspect of our lives. Endeavor to balance your understanding of philosophy by not being too adherent to any one point of view which I think is a sensible approach. Follow a book by Nietzsche with a book by Kant and attempt to form a larger picture of what philosophy is as a field of study.

What's groundbreaking about Nietzsche's work is that he lived during a time when humanity was making a huge transition, that of a world where everyone believed and followed God to a world where the concept of God would be rendered obsolete.
During such transitionary phases, it's important to have thinkers like Nietzche and their philosophies to guide us.

If You envy someone you want them not to have the things you envy them for , but if you admire someone you want yourself to have what you admire them for. That’s what I would say is the difference between envy and admiration. And so envy is never a good thing. It’s bad by definition. The so called good kind of envy is admiration.

Contorling feelings but not repressing them as it mentioned wrongly in the video, just being observant in a non reactive open manner, calmness, selfinquiry at its best, getting in touch with the subconscious mind and seeing what is lying beneath the surface, a stronger reasoning. How can one become a self made master better than this way. 🙏🏼

Nietzsche was fired from his only job as a professor and also wanted to abandon philosophy in favor of gardening, but apparently failed at that as well. Nietzsche also managed to contract syphilis at a brothel while he was still in college. Nietzche’s philosophy is seemingly ironic when you find out he was always constantly ill and not very ubermenschy. After seeing a horse being whipped in the streets of Turin, Italy, Nietzsche had a mental breakdown that put him in an asylum for the rest of his life. Nietzsche lumped alcohol and Christianity in the category of “shit that makes you not embrace suffering.” His hatred for Catholics was mutual...Catholics hated him too.

When Nietzsche talks about religion he mainly talks about Christianity and not the other religions like Islam, many of his philosophical way of thinking is closely in line with Islam. Like Nietzsche said "don't follow anything blindly" go and explore other religions and come to your own conclusions.

Envy and Admiration are two separate things.
Envy will destroy you. Envy is a negative emotion that will lead you to not obey yourself. Which would conflict with your first quote from Nietzsche.
Admiring someone is a positive emotion that can help you achieve great things in your life.

I never ask anyone how they are doing. Because the odds they will lie to me.
If I want to know how someone is doing. I just won't shame them. Then I patiently wait for them to show me.

A place to be complete solitude is at prison. In there you learn who you truly are. Then you come out as a changed person.
