When it came to doing the feng shui in my house, I always just went with the flow. If the energy didn't feel right, then I would change it. However, this really helped ease that background voice I had going on in my head wondering if I could be doing something more to enhance and better my space. Especially the bathroom!!! So thank you very much for your helpful suggestions. You answered a lot of my questions!
Thanks for this explanation Ken. I just had a bath and half bath re-done in my home, and they both look so beautiful now. I kept reading I should close the door so I don't "flush money away" and all. I do keep the toilet down, the drain down, and have used beautiful red in one, wood and rounded plants in the other. It makes me happy to pass by and see how nice and soothing they both are!
Thank you for this video. I recently bought a house and decided to build a powder room on the main level where a toilet was lacking. The only logical spot to place it was in the space under the stairs. I was just googling feng shui colors for powder rooms and found a lot of negative things about having a toilet under the stairs as it relates to children and wealth. It really freaked me out. The project is almost complete so there's no going back now. Your video made me feel better but i need to figure out how to make up for the negative in other areas.
thank you Ken-I did subscribe-and I appreciate the fact that feng shui is about calm and not stressing...I do close my bathroom door but I find it gets a bit mildewy sometimes. A friend suggested hanging a faceted crystal from the bathroom door and from the bedroom door and a small mirror as low as your waist on the door-easy fixes. I do close the toilet cover and the sink and bathtub drains-love your imput-blessings

Im planning to put up a bathroom under the stairs along with the washing machine .The bathroom will be located at the side of the entrance. but when you stand outside the entrance door the bathroom is not visible at all .when you enter, the bathroom is on the left ,you will pass by it before going to the stairs.The upper part of the stairs is where my home is located . Is it ok to put a bathroom there? Thanks your answer is very much appreciated 😊

The lot is in a pie shape with large area in back yard. no bathrooms over the the stove. Stove is in back half of home no rooms over garage. Facing and sitting best directions for me. Sleeping direction is perfect too even for my children.

My kua (qua?) is 2:West Group (Earth) year is Metal (rat), day (04, water); the problem is my bathroom. There is no window in there and it is right off of my living room and in the family area of the bagua - and family relationships are very strained . . . to say the least. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi Ken, i know this video has been 3 years but i hope you get my message.. i think my toilet bowl is above my front door. how can i adjust or "cure" this.. for the time being the toilet isnt being used..but in the future, maybe. does the height of the ceiling from the ground floor will help? if it does, how high?
