you've been an absolute inspiration to me and my guitar playing, taking notes from your melodies and production style has really helped me to create my own sound, hearing someone actually talk some truth for once is really inspiring and especially coming from someone who deserves a whole lot more attention, but at the end of the day some of the biggest influences aren't always the most popular, cant wait for more journal entries so keep it up :) P.s please do more vocals in your songs, Little things is one of my new favs

Brother, you are such an amazing artist, with such a great growing potential! Your mindset is also such. A very aware one too. Everything you've said has always resonanted with me, and by listening to you today, I humbly share the following thought: yes, you are just starting, your hustle is great because of how organic and well crafted it is, it shows your essence and personality. I think you will learn to find special creative sweet spots where your planning, production, impact and reach will bring your career further. Maybe there is a way of setting specific expectations for some of your pieces of content, and learn the most out of their performance, as well as your personal opinion on it, and the conscious explicit value in it (art, a lesson, perspective, fun, etc.). You're definitly an absolute GOAT in my books, man. Keep going, You are a beautiful inspiring flame ❤️‍🔥

i feel the pain. i'm at the same moment. i like that you used sink or swim. i was having an mental breakdown when sink or swim by artemas came on and i decided to put all my effort into marketing myself and working on music so that i can get big. i know i have all the potential, it's just up to luck now.

to be honest man i feel like you're looking at it the wrong way. thinking of making music and content as being "in the mud" and as being something you're having to push yourself to do everyday in order to "make it" and be in the "1%" is only gonna burn you out at make you feel like shit. the thing you're missing about big artists is yes, they sacrificed alot, but they could only lose that much because they loved the journey and didn't care where it took them. music isn't some epic sigma gym grindset , it's creative and it's flawed and that's the point. yes try to get your numbers up and try and to get yourself out there, nothing wrong with that. but please don't feel like you're in a constant state of failure and that it can only be remedied by having 100k subscribers.

You used to be guitar instructor for a limited time lol. The 20min spent on 10sec segments is why your videos are consistently good. Having 10k+ subs already puts you in the top 5% of youtube. As you said, it will compound. You have a solid back catalogue. Once you hit your stride, which will come very soon, you will find a audience that wants something more from you everytime you hop on the mic. I hope that idea is more exciting than it is daunting. Just keep putting out vids YOU wish existed. The entertainment factor comes from people knowing your heart is in it. The hundreds of people watching a life update video from a guy they probably never met should be a testament to that. Nothing worth doing is quick and easy.

"Ambition comes with a cost" that resonates quite a bit. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing good.

My content doesn’t really get that much attention, so I have to have a mindset that says even if literally no one watched my videos I would still make them. If I didn’t I would just quit. I can relate to what youre saying a lot and I really apreciate you putting it out there.
