Well you know guys, as an outsider who only played FIFA & NHL 2000 and 2001 back then, and from what I saw visually & animation-wise in modern FIFA & NHL games, I feel like this game beats those by a mile with its graphics quality & fluid character movement. When watching those games I always stumbled upon something that broke & pulled me off of the immersion be it weird animation blends, or straight up quirky character movement (NHL24 judges galore), or smth else. But here everything feels just about right, the motion looks genuinely good, and subtle movement changes feel buttery smooth. Aside from some weird looking faces sometimes, even character expressions are on top of everything in modern FIFAs and NHLs. In other words, I feel like NBA 2K25 looks & feels (visually & in terms of animations, and movement) the best. At least that's how I feel about it rn.

They are, it’ll stay that way forever btw, 2K doesn’t make the games simulation style anymore, whatever the community wants, is what they’ll get, and that’s easy offense and fromsoft level difficulty on defense

They have technology now that can modulate a voice depending on what's going on (spiderman 2 is an example where if you're standing still, the character talks normal but if you're moving, you can hear the movement effort in their voice)
