Hello, My dear subscribers of Contour Analysis Channel. Thank you for watching the analysis video on my channel, I hope you will share and learn more by watching my video.
Hello sir Really perfect, appreciate sharing your work with us thank you. I have a question, if we calculate the natural frequency for torsional direction for a big drill can you give me some guidance....
Thank you so much for your useful illustration , I practice the both parts and everything went well except one thing which is the erosion! I don't understand why I am not able to see the erosion while running the drilling process although I set the material failure from the Erosion Controls in Analysis Settings to YES!. Can you please guide me to show the erosion while simulation? I appreciate your effort.
I get 'time step is too small' error when the solving process reached to %43.45 with your analysis settings. How can i fix that problem? Which settings should i change?
how can I provide angular velocity and feed to drill bit in case of drilling. Please help as you just gave some angular rotation in degree but our actual values are in radian per sec. Please help and clear my doubt.

Sir I done all the process you have done but after solving The tool is moving but the block is not appearing when Machining and also the metal removal also not appearing How can i solve this help me in this sit I am doing this for my project sir
Thank you for this tutorial sir but I have a doubt. My end time of the simulation is 0.1 s. But the solver is automatically stopping at 8.124E-05s and it is showing solved. The tool didn't complete its 0.1 sec cycle. What may be the reason.
@@BharathaBhaskar I had tried redoing from start earlier as well but I got the same end result ie the simulation is stopping at 8.124E-05s and it is showing solved. So anything can be done?
thank you very much well explained and very useful
I love it!!! Many thanks for the video 😉
Thanks a lot for the very great explanation it's really helpful, I hope you do a tutorial on two shafts welding by rotational friction soon.
Thank you so much sir 🙏

Hi sir kindly make some more videos on explicit dynamics
Thank you for the video sir In the coming days chain sprocket analysing video Please upload
I will try

Thank you for this tutorial, Can you use this model of cutting tools in Comsol, If yes, can you please explain this to me!
I used comsol once, I will try

The simulation give just the piece temperature???
How can the deformation value reach up to 185 mm in the workpiece and around 20 mm for tool?
Sir i m doing these same analysis for turning operateion
And solver output error has occured
Can you guide me ahead what can i do

How can i solve this help me in this sit
I am doing this for my project sir
Insufficient memory available in contact.
this error is occurring what should i do
Would explain how to simulate and analyze the generated heat of this drill bit (thermal analysis), thank you
I want too !! Thank you
Sir i m doing same analysis in Ansys version 2021 R2
And it shows solver error- time steps too small
Can you guide me ahead what can i do
Caption it as design and analysis of end mill
Thank q
Hello sir can you solve the frinction stir welding in ansys how to proceed
Pleaae how to simulate the temperatur tool?
Sir, while solving I'm getting time step too low error... kindly tell me how to solve it.
I want analysis in Cobalt material bro reply bro
Sir which software you are using??
Ansys
Thanks for the tutorial, I followed the video steps but failed to get the results.
Decrease the time step valve

Yes, I tried but always wrong result
I will upload a new video which easy steps

Change mesh
thank you for the reply sir but even after reducing the meshing it is still stopping at 8.124E-05s and it is showing solved. So what else can be done?
