민시박 Yes, Smeraldo is fully BU. The flower itself doesn’t exist, they made up the flower and the story behind it. If you look closely, the Smeraldo is just a white lily painted blue and pink. The white lily is the flower Jin always had during HYYH and it’s a representation of the purity of the boys since it has 6 white petals. He was always trying to hold onto them as white petals. The flower got a mask, it got painted, and though it may be hiding it’s true self through this mask, it’s still beautiful on its own. It just evolved. It’s how we grow up and our scars from the past can also become part of us and evolve us. It’s very deep and complex and I absolutely adore it. We could write books about this topic lol

I LOVED the adlibs that Jungkook did with Jin and Jimin. That made the song much better and elevated it. They all sound great but the adlibs brought it to another level.

Cant say I have a favorite vocalist. To me, Tae's voice is just beautiful and calming, jin's voice is super relaxing, jungkook can hit notes perfectly, and Jimin has a high pitched voice that makes him sound like an angel

Jungkook has the most stable voice with the most technical skills applied to the actual singing , has a powerful voice unless using it in the style that most bts songs that focus vocally require... since they sing mostly very airy and breathy , he also has the most stamina by far Feel like v had the widest range especially in later years it’s pretty insane Jimin has that vocal cry that pierce your soul in any emotional song... he doesnt have the ability to sing lower notes like the other 3 bc it’s naturally higher... his vocals have actually kinda diminished in the last couple years... he struggles more to hold notes longer and his voice is cracking more often and seems to be having problems with his pitch. I hope he didn’t damage his vocal chords with that forced cry in his voice ... I know it can be damaging if forced too much and strained... he’s tough on himself so I’m sure that’s stressful .. he has such a sweet and bright voice... hope it was just needing rest and he will be back and better than ever with this comeback!!! Jin had a beautiful voice especially if you think how he started and wow how far he has come!!! He doesn’t really have the same vocal tricks the others use and tends to sing in a more basic way and not take the risks the others do when they’re trying to tap into an emotion.. like jimin with the cry in his voice is a technique and it’s supposed to crack sometimes for effect.. performance... but jin just kinda does the basics which enables him to sound like it has more power but it’s actually less bc he’s playing it safe as to not mess up his tone or crack and he definitely has mastered that and doesn’t have to do a cry in his voice bc he can show his emotions through his movements and facial expressions that draw you in so much and he def shows how talented of an actor he is by being able to pull that out for people... I love it!!! He probably doesn’t had the least vocal stamina though which is why if you notice during almost all his parts in the song he only sings standing straight up .. or walking into slow choreo. Like in tomorrow jungkook has to bend over completely and crouch down for the choreo and has the stability to sing a lower toned run which is crazy difficult... jungkook and jimin tend to have to do the most choreo while singing their parts bc it is really difficult especially for full concerts... v probably does the third most and jin the least but v often slow songs down and give us a bridge... so there’s not tons of choreo all the time at his parts. Half the time b, jimin and jin are singing all f you looked behind them jungkook is actually singing with them...! I never realized that until recently and now I can’t unsee it!!! Each and every one of them has their strengths and weaknesses and I feel like they’re all made to song together bc where one isn’t as good then there’s another one that is great at that so it’s balanced.. and each of them has those things they shine in and things the others pick the slack up for.... it’s crazy and I think it’s nuts how they’re such different vocalists and individually stand out but as a vocal line their voices blend so incredibly smooth... it’s shocking. Each of them is extraordinary and I’m excited to be getting a new song next month!!!
I personally noticed Jimin’s vocals at first, because his tone was unique that’s quite rare to find in the kpop or music industry in general. His voice gives bts’s songs a different color and life 💘✅

I like that you do so much research so you can really appreciate the song in its entirety. The flower is called "Smeraldo" and it shows up in the BU (Bangtan Universe). Jin has a dramatic voice which is very well suited this kind of song. Jimin's voice is airy and otherworldly. V shows off his impressive range. And Jungkook has an authenticity to his voice that makes me feel everything this song is conveying. Together the vocal team is truly magical.

Mirvale, I agree - it is better to hear the songs first and then watch the compilation. That way you have already formed an emotional connection with the the songs and also know what they are about, which I believe only makes the compilation that much more amazing and awe inspiring
If it hasn't been suggested yet I strongly recommend Spring Day, first watching the music video then the BTS Spring Day Explained video by bulletproof vibes. It's a very significant song to people in South Korea and you'll find out why, it's remained in the charts there ever since it was released in 2017.

Often people know the least about Jin but once they get to know him and get into his solo work. Everyone falls inlove with our Kim Seokjin. He’s a very hardworking person and cares deeply for his 6 brothers 💜
My world changed for the better since 2016, when I was introduced to BTS universe. I've read books on psichology, philosophy, poetry, history inspired by their lyrics. The instrumental in the start is the ending part of Jin's solo Epiphany. He came out of it to sing this one. You should check out the video that shows both songs in one. It's mind-blowing to watch.
I would recommend House of Cards and Let Me Know! They are also amazing and you gotta hear Jimin’s high notes in Let Me Know! Also each of their Solo songs are just as amazing! BTS has no weak links in their vocalist or rap lines!

The song that first made me fall in love with the vocal line was 'House of Cards'. Honestly amazing. And 'Stigma' is possibly my favourite solo song. It truly showcases V's unique voice and incredible range.
This was their first time performing this song live and they had to do it without rehearsals due to storm the day before concert. I love this live performance but they improved a lot as they continued their tour. As for Jungkook his overall condition was not that good and he cried since he was disappointed in himself for not taking care of his condition and due to one mistake he made, he was sad that he could not focus on his other performance. Despite all that, he slayed this performance and of course the other vocal line members also did Just a back story of this performance 😅
One of my absolute favorite live performances. Their voices simultaneously soothe and pierce right through your heart. Hi! If you look for the extended music video of this song (about 8 mins), there’s a storyline for each of them. It’s about loving someone but not getting the chance to show it, or making it come into fruition. Love that was not attained or given. It really is so sad. I cried watching that music video. Side note: Each singer has a distinct voice and way of singing. All 4 of them come together so beautifully in this one. Their differences is really what makes BTS the best. They each have something different to offer.

Jungkook is the king of ad libs and harmonies... especially in the later years.... it’s impossible to hear a song without his ad libs and harmonies elevating the entire past parts of the songs... especially bc he’s so stable ... jungkook owns this one for me. Jungkook is their main vocalist for a reason... he created the ad libs in studio based on whatever he is feeling... and then they incorporate in to the song... he has the strongest and most stable voice in the group and he really has a way to create a different vocal color based on the songs and people who don’t know the amount of variations he can do with color and texture will think it’s jimin or v lol it honestly happens all the time where ppl will be praising one of them but it’s actually jungkook singing it... he kinda has the most tricks in his bag when it comes to technique... you should watch the “main vocalist jungkook” video by Ida S he does so much more when it comes to performance than most know but also when it comes to recording and the amount of things that he does in every song... the vocal credits are absolutely insane to see .... and then to see them recording a song and what the older members ask of him or it’s just an expectation bc it’s just what he does. Like he does most of the vocal guiides. But yeh anyway you should really check it out to see it all ! They’re all incredible but jk has been the main vocalist since day one even though he is the baby of the group and was only 14-15 and he’s also the center on the dance line and also sub rapper! Jin has a dramatic voice which is very well suited this kind of song. Jimin's voice is airy and otherworldly. V shows off his impressive range. And Jungkook has an authenticity to his voice that makes me feel everything this song is conveying. Together the vocal team is truly magical.

Mirvale, I agree - it is better to hear the songs first and then watch the compilation. That way you have already formed an emotional connection with the the songs and also know what they are about, which I believe only makes the compilation that much more amazing and awe inspiring

If it hasn't been suggested yet I strongly recommend Spring Day, first watching the music video then the BTS Spring Day Explained video by bulletproof vibes. It's a very significant song to people in South Korea and you'll find out why, it's remained in the charts there ever since it was released in 2017.

The song that first made me fall in love with the vocal line was 'House of Cards'. Honestly amazing. And 'Stigma' is possibly my favourite solo song. It truly showcases V's unique voice and incredible range.
This was their first time performing this song live and they had to do it without rehearsals due to storm the day before concert. I love this live performance but they improved a lot as they continued their tour. As for Jungkook his overall condition was not that good and he cried since he was disappointed in himself for not taking care of his condition and due to one mistake he made, he was sad that he could not focus on his other performance. Despite all that, he slayed this performance and of course the other vocal line members also did

Hi! If you look for the extended music video of this song (about 8 mins), there’s a storyline for each of them. It’s about loving someone but not getting the chance to show it, or making it come into fruition. Love that was not attained or given. It really is so sad. I cried watching that music video.
Side note: Each singer has a distinct voice and way of singing. All 4 of them come together so beautifully in this one. Their differences is really what makes BTS the best. They each have something different to offer.

Kookie and jin usually did a harmony (i don't know why they didn't) but they didn't do it in this video. Kinda sad cuz it's the most astonishing harmony I have ever heard.

Jungkook is the king of ad libs and harmonies... especially in the later years.... it’s impossible to hear a song without his ad libs and harmonies elevating the entire past parts of the songs... especially bc he’s so stable ... jungkook owns this one for me. Jungkook is their main vocalist for a reason... he created the ad libs in studio based on whatever he is feeling... and then they incorporate in to the song... he has the strongest and most stable voice in the group and he really has a way to create a different vocal color based on the songs and people who don’t know the amount of variations he can do with color and texture will think it’s jimin or v lol it honestly happens all the time where ppl will be praising one of them but it’s actually jungkook singing it... he kinda has the most tricks in his bag when it comes to technique... you should watch the “main vocalist jungkook” video by Ida S he does so much more when it comes to performance than most know but also when it comes to recording and the amount of things that he does in every song... the vocal credits are absolutely insane to see .... and then to see them recording a song and what the older members ask of him or it’s just an expectation bc it’s just what he does. Like he does most of the vocal guiides. But yeh anyway you should really check it out to see it all ! They’re all incredible but jk has been the main vocalist since day one even though he is the baby of the group and was only 14-15 and he’s also the center on the dance line and also sub rapper! Hope you’ll check that out
I would highly recommend House of Cards (the full version) as well as some of the boys other work. Jimin's song Promise is one of my go-to comfort songs. And Jungkook's Begin!
