Prequel definitely. There's soo much stuff that happened before the first episode in season 1, about Robert's rebellion and all the Targaryen kings, Ser Arthur Dayne etc.... watching Ned grow up etc. Definitely a prequel. HBO can make another 8 seasons off of what happened before the show starts. A sequel would be dry... we've heard about so many historic people before the show, but now all of a sudden they're gonna introduce an entirely different time zone? forget it. A prequel is coming, I'm sure of it.

The "ride a dragon once or own a wolf for life" is tricky, because a dragon doesn't allow just anyone to ride it. Once it allows, that person becomes it's rider for life.

Plus he would never hurt her bc he loves her. She'd be the ONLY character who would choose him as Hand--- except for her aunt Lysa who is now dead.
If you think about it, Baelish’s advices aren’t that bad. At the end, Sansa really learnt a lot from him.

Daenerys could probably be reasoned with and has good hearted advisors. Cersei would be relentless or feign an audience with you just to stab you in the back.
I think he meant as in since Dany ain't crazy like Cersei, Dany would instead choose an alliance and help the North and will be more reasonable than Cersei. Not like actual fighting against each other and stuff.
