Great job Jason! Do I understand it correctly, that win project phase is contract award by principle, isn’t it? What kind of contract you have in mind for this case - design and build? How do you manage contingencies (what would be your preferred approach)?
Jason love your videos. My question is how is this done when doing Design bid build. We are rarely involved in any of the earlier phases. I get the package during bidding and if we win the project NTP is issued within 2 weeks. Which means I have a short window to plan.

It that happens to your point, we have to swarm the planning-because it cannot be shortchanged.
Great videos but I find it difficult to understand all the abbreviations.
