All the people complain about the money he's making out of the videos guys do you even realise how difficult it is for old people to work like this. Everything these days is extremely expensive. Also if he does get to keep a portion of money for himself(which definitely won't be much) what's wrong with that. Despite being not so fortunate he's helping others. Learn to respect guys.

I dont have so much patience to cook food for myself even when I am hungry. But the love, patience and hard work they put into the food they are preparing for charity is something beyond imagination. The least we can do is to support their effort and encourage them. All my respect to grandpa 😊😊

A. He is teaching you the recipe free of cost. it may not be authentic by western standards but very indiansed version.
B.we people used to chillies from age of two. And what you see red hot are not pungent at all...just a colour.
Hygiene and all ...all stupid. Learn the recipe and do it own your way.

The food prepared in open with the sunshine and wood fire is tastier than in hi-tech kitchen.

I am Korean and I am used to chili since I was a child. the only effect 20 years later is that I am so used to spicy food, I can't live without it.
I know this is a year later but I just found out about this channel after he already passed. But your comment was something I hope all the negative people read. Not everyone cooks and eats the same way. I don't know why these negative people are watching this if they don't want to learn about different cultures and different styles of food and cooking. Not to mention the kindness the people of this channel are sharing with those in need. It's a beautiful thing to watch.
@SaxyDan54 I'm 1st generation Indian American so my taste buds are accustomed to both Western and South Asian food, and believe me I can't eat Indian food if it isn't even the least bit spicy... it's just a part of the culture and the food. I have a niece and nephew who are half Indian and half Irish at the age of 7 and 10 and even they have to have their Indian food at grandma's to be spicy or it just tastes bland. A lot of Indian food has emphasis on reddish tones of coloring too so it's not always as spicy as it looks. 😊

If I may ask, how did you do it exactly? Did you make the same amount or scale it down? I'd really like to make this as my husband is on a vegan kick and this looks delicious, but without a recipe or any guidelines for the amounts, I'm not sure how it would turn out- lol. I mean, I'm an expert cook and can usually duplicate by sight but due to camera angles, cuts, large amounts, different bowl sizes and such, it seems impossible to guesstimate the ingredient measurements/ratios. So, I'm curious as to what you did to make this?
tina Mirabile just look up the recipe of “gobi Manchurian”...it’s an indochinese dish and you’ll be able to find the exact measurements online...and from grandpa’s kitchen you can follow the steps:)

I don't really like Indian food because l think it's so spicy. But after watching how grandpa cooks with those guys, l go to the groceries to buy all Indian spices and l cook Indian food. I feel o silly, but surprisingly l love lndian food.
