Bobby - it’s going to take a looong time to fully process losing your dad. You’re not running, don’t worry. Everything you’re feeling is normal and natural. I lost my mom 19 months ago. When I remember the first 6 months after it’s a weird numb blur. I still get random thoughts of her and they fuck me up. Please stop being worried that you’re not dealing with this. You are. It’s okay.

I've been having really bad anxiety attacks for almost 3yrs about my mother passing(she's perfectly fine), but Bobby losing his father, and the subsequent podcasts, have really done a lot to help me realize that I can be ok, and people who love me will help me bear the weight. Best medicine I've received!! Immeasurably grateful.

Bobby and Khayla I saw the furnace my Dad was cremated in. And they put the person basically on a giant cookie sheet. There is no way to get ashes mixed together. I promise the ashes you have are 100% Mr Lee and only Mr Lee. Have no fear you are safe.
Yo bobby! Tell your mom to increase her salt intake. She said on the last podcast that she was eating one meal a day. I dont know if she is on any medications like lisinopril for Hypertension but it can be a contributing factor to her lower BP. Dizzy spells are often a sign of low blood volume that can be easily corrected with increasing salt intake acutely or lowering BP med dosages.

Two years later and I'm still dealing with the death of my mom in different ways all the time and I feel like this will be a lifelong thing. The beginning is the hardest because you don't know how you're supposed to feel though you're feeling so many different things and nothing all at the same time. Just stay strong and remember you have a whole support system in life and a fanbase out in the world that has nothing but love and understanding for you. Nosotros papaya for life
@Linda Niemkiewicz Mine was to pancreatic cancer. Its definitely harder in some ways because you really realize the little things in life they were there for, like somedays when something good happens, I just want to pick up the phone and tell my mom about it and then the pang sits in that I can't do that anymore, but I think overall it gets a bit easier - at least for me - because I keep reminding myself she would never in a million years want me to just wallow in the sadness and she would want me to remember the good times and be as happy as I can in the short amount of time we're given. I hope things get better for you.
Tigerbelly is one if not the only podcast that make ads enjoyable to watch.

48:05 same thing happened to me after my dad passed. Also, now whenever something happens, the first thing I feel like doing is calling my Dad. Like my son just lost a tooth and it was like the second it came out, I immediately just wanted to call him to tell him..but it wasn't even his 1st tooth. In fact my dad was alive when my son lost his 1st tooth but I didn't call him then, or even think about calling him when it happened then. Whenever he randonly and suddenly pops up in my mind like that I like to think that's him saying hi💗

The quality of these podcasts has dipped so much lately. One hour of scattered topics and talking with 15 minutes of ads and plugs peppered in. Koloko and Gilbert need to do a better job of keeping bob on track like they used to
Abe Cedeefgee I think people get shy about critiquing podcasts and stuff because they’re worried about coming off the wrong way or getting attacked for it. You should see the TB subreddit when you mention something like this. You get a thousand and one downvotes but yet you get 3-4 people agreeing with you in the replies. It’s sad to say, but someone’s gotta be the one to point it out before it goes too far
Ashes aren't bad luck and do not result in hauntings. I have had my ex's grandparents and aunt, also my son who passed when I was 7 months pregnant for years. No bad luck, no ghosts. Just boxes and one urn.
