Should be legal to grow our own for medical and recreational purposes.
The idea that a bunch of companies can capitalize off of peoples consumption while prohibiting home growing is a corporate/political scam.

I’m a productive member of society who pays taxes and believes in contributing to my community. Why shouldn’t I be able to access an alternative to alcohol which kills so many people, causes so much disease, and exacerbated so many social issues? Time to make it legal, make it commercial, tax it by all means, and put that tax money towards bettering our society.

These places should be shut down.
These places should be raided and smashed up not by police. People growing in Australia to sell overseas is wrong. Why can you sell it to another country when it's illegal here.

Hurry up n legalise. Booze is far more harmful, but we happily chug plenty of that, and the guv'munts are happy cos they stamp their ticket. Tax it, im ok with that, if it means i can get it without having to go blackhat. Have your slice, thats what goverment does.

I cant quite except the whole, in bed with the alcohol industry... the pressure on public health compared to tax from exise, its about 4-6billion in, but 35+ billion out, per annum... alcohol actually costs us 25-30billion per annum.

For all my Aussie brothers and sisters, may I recommend Humboldt Home Grown for your pleasure. I lived in Northern California's Humboldt County for many years and it is right smack in the middle of the Redwoods, the largest trees in the world. There is something about the climate and atmosphere here on the Pacific Ocean. Quite often there is fog at night and in the morning, too. The farmers here grow some of the best marijuana in the world. So if you have the opportunity to try some you should. It is estimated that Northern California's Emerald Triangle supplies about half of the marijuana now consumed in the USA.
