Joint Mortgages: Things to Consider When Buying a Home with Someone Else

Getting a joint mortgage but relation with mrs is unpredictable...i am contributing 90 percent towards deposit and earni g requirements to get the mortgage and also will be making most of the contribution towards mortgage payments.If things are to go wrong in future with our relations,what can i do now in terms of joint ownership mortgage application to safeguide my share in property incase things go bad...kindly do advice me..many thanks
