This video is very enjoyable the scenery the music everything about it. But most of all the sweetness of it all made me smile and brought me a quiet joy❤ty
Watching this January 17, 2024. Here is central kansas usa, we had just had a week of almost a foot of snow, subzero ferenheight (suggested spelling wasn't even help) with feels like into the -30f range. To sit here and watch you ladies work in the country full of green and critters has been warming to my soul. And your cinematography is top notch ladies...
Oh my goodness I can't stop watching this particular video of yours it's just simply magical, it brings me such peace thank you for being you, two wonderful people enjoying each other's company long may you continue on your journey ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I like how you dress in a retro fashion for these outings, and use vintage suitcases, and baskets! The basket that you had on your back for another crafting venture, that basket was just darling!
I was put into a dreamstate watching this incredible footage of your absolutely beautiful forests! Then adding your crafting , I'm just taken away from my 4 walls that have become prison-like during this pandemic. Thank you for doing what you do! ❤🌲🌲🌲🌱🌿🌲
I got my boy in the moon today and I ADORE him! He now lives on my wall next to my bed and I feel safe in my sleep. Thank you so much for this wonderful piece of art! ❤️ And thanks for the little pipe pieces! So cute! :D
I Love you two gals. You make me smile so much. Kate .... "Shadow boxes always make me think of ..... (long pause) Kit (smiling) .... "Shadow boxes". I kept thinking Milliput sounds like a perfect name for one of your crafted dolls, Millie for short . Mended by Kit, Kate and Milliput. I realized three more things in association with you that I have always loved, the color turquoise, the color orange and suspenders (Since I saw the Toby Tyler movie, as a very young girl). How bout that? Your crafts are always fun and what face wouldn't smile when looking at any one of them? Your precious "mudlarking fairy" won it's way into my heart immediately.
I love to make things for my dollhouse out of found objects or throw away items, so what you make is right up my alley. Your photography is as beautifully crafted as your art projects.
Your crafts are wonderful, funny ,folk art filled with joy. Thank you for making your art. It is so cool to see you sell everything you make on your Etsy shop, way to go!!!
Another awesome video with more awesome crafts. I love your craft aesthetic. Thank you for picking up that rubbish Kate. Your parents raised you well. I really enjoy your videos and how appreciative you are of your fan base. We appreciate you as well!
Let the creative juices flow how fun they are!! Of course Kate orange is your color you are a red head!! More etsy delights, thanks for sharing 👍😍 and great scenery in nature 🌻🌷
I love all the projects, such an imagination. Ladies you both get excited finding articles, and Kate I think that maybe got a little tongue tied because of the excitement of the new epoxy. Love and blessings to you all, keep having fun ♥️👍
Very entertaining just watching Kate being Kate and forgetting what she was saying. Nice day in the woods even if it was a bit windy. I like mums teapot boy in the Farracks tin. Metal detect along that path and the edges. Stay safe ladies.
I truly love your creative videos . Thankyou from Canada. I find that watching your mudlarking adventures are so interesting and relaxing.I applaud you for all the mind boggling artistic ideas . You are so inspirational as you encorporate your lovely bits and bobs treasures in so many diversive ways.
I just love your outings so peaceful You always make me smile 😊 When your walking to your spot in the woods I always thing off The famous Five ( giving my age away ) 😆 Love your creativity. Stay safe 🌈🌻🌼🌷🌳🌴🧚♀️🧚💕💕xxx🇮🇲
I have been enjoying binge watching your videos. I love everything about them: the music, the scenery and the wonderful things you find and the creations that come from them. Thank you. Julie 🥰
As a Mum with artistic offspring, I can appreciate how proud you must be of yours. It must be especially dear to your heart that you can share your crafting and making with your daughter. “ I would just burst if I could not express myself” said mine. I feel the same. A make a day keeps the doctor away. Thank you for another great video. 🌸🌝🌸🌝
Your "muse" of a location was brilliant. It is so hot here you have to stay in the shade and 30 minutes is quite enough. Mosquitoes are the biggest problem. I enjoyed the virtual trip.
That's the way to spend a lovely afternoon, I think what you made is great, what fun. Good old Milliput for sending you some stuff, I am going to get some to mend my teapot spout! Looking forward to Sunday, I am busy repairing an old Laundry Maid with new wooden poles, the thing on a rope that you haul up to the ceiling to dry your washing. Great to see crafting again, keep up the good work fine people.
Love the swaying crowns of the tree tops - such a beautiful location though seems to be on a busy run way lol 😆 Love the copper foil, adds a beautiful light and lustre to the old tin. What a wonderful gesture of someone to contact Milliput and for them to supply you with one of every colour. Lovely quirky flights of fancy, all snapped up in a heartbeat.
Thank you, was such a lovely and relaxing video combining crafting with nature. Love your shadow boxes, very clever thinking and for sharing your ideas.
When I use copper, silver or gold leaf, I get it all over my fingers! You were so neat! I do love the look of it. The old tin was perfect. The Monopoly hat was perfect. The place you chose to make your crafts was such a beautiful relaxing place. Which craft you have made so far is your favorite! Think mine is the shadow boxes. I enjoyed your video. Don't worry, all of us get lost sometime. You were cute to watch. The Very Best to Both of You.
Thank you so much! It is always just a little bit tense when I get the leaf out, always think it is just going to go everywhere haha! To be honest I have a soft spot for Bitsy and Brain Boy they were the first and they both sit in my front room :)
This is the most beautiful video. Your projects are so much fun and incredible. Tour Miliput Commercial worked even here in the U. S. A. as I will be checking today to see if Miliput is solid in your craft stored. Crossing my fingers. If not. I'll purchase on line. Can you even imagine the joy you bring to so many...Loving you in Oklahoma, Barb
Loved these so much and wow they sell super quick too which is great I think I might have to give milliput a try I have a few broken things that are sentimental that I cant throw away but this might resurrect them give them new life and get them out of the back of the cupboard!
You are more than welcome Ladies but really thank you for introducing me to Milliput. I have made some wonderful things with it and it's fantastic! Great video again, I love your crafts x
I just remembered a craft my mother did for her Christmas tree. She bought some cockle shells, drilled a hole toward the top for ribbon. Then she set up little holiday scenes in each one. That might be something you can do with little odds and ends you don’t need for the house or hospital. Think you two would be able to improve on her idea as you’re both so artistic and resourceful.
So looking forward to your video been feeling bad had emergency visit to the hospital yesterday so your videos are great to watch when your not feeling great brightens my mood up.❤❤❤😷😷😷
I actually was able to purchase one of your amazing pieces...the last one. I bought it for myself for my birthday in August. I wish you had a video every day I am so happy when I watch you all. I am a semi shut in so I enjoy everything about mudlarking and wish I could do it, but here I would find beer cans and candy wrappers from the past weekend most likely. Keep on what you are doing it is just wonderful
Beautiful shadow boxes. I went over to Etsy and couldn’t find anything. I really wanted the angel/ fairy box. 😟Just love your crafting and treasure hunting. Still in lockdown I feel like I’m on a treasure hunt! Keep up the amazing talent and hunting. 🦋
Lynda yes..absolutely agree! The use of atmospheric, well-chosen music only further enhances their wonderful content! Why K & C does not have 20,000 subscribers is beyond me! ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Mudlarking With Kit & Caboodlers - It means your videos are deeply moving and beautiful in a way that maybe even you didn’t expect and, yes, it is a very good thing.
I thought the connection between shadow boxes and the woodland floor was perfectly sensible. I've often heard of the forest floor as being lit up by 'dappled sunlight.' Which means sun and shadows, of course! Where you worked was an open wood, with sunlight getting through, but I'm sure that the light would be constantly changing as the sun moved through the sky.
👏YAY🤸🏿♀️🤸🏿♀️!!! Another SMASHING success for your Etsy store 👏. The live stream was a very good success, also☺️. So fun to see your other Kit and Caboodlers TH-cam family names and comments. And lovely to see Northern Mudlarkers could join us, also👋. Definitely looking forward to seeing your video on Sunday!!! Keep safe and healthy. Love to all your family 😍. Hello to Sir Sunny 😻 and Steve 🐟 and Tony 🐟. ☺️🤗🤭😘.
Well, I was so impressed that I ordered some Milliput while you were still talking about it! I have considered using it for a while, mostly due to your videos, and when you were talking about it I just looked it up, decided it was definitely worth a try and ordered some! I can't wait to see what I come up with! Thank you for another delightful, enjoyable creative video!! I always love watching you both! ~M x
It's an awesome material, I think you're going to like it a lot, I've used it for all sorts of projects, latest a couple of days ago when I needed to beef up a master I'm making a mould of, for pewter casting.
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers I friggin' love it, it's easy to work with, easy to shape even when cured, and rock solid. It's an amazing material, and doesn't need baking and so on.:-)
Enjoyed watching. You both have such amazing artistic talents. Looking forward to seeing the sneaky bottle from the future video. Very cool that you got some free product to use. That was so nice of the person to do that for you. Good luck, happy hunting and take care.
So disappointed I missed your Premier and it sounds like it was a smashing success! You two deserve it! You have worked very hard to keep our minds off of other things and I am so very grateful to you! Next time I'll set my alarm clock too, lol. Love the creations, and truly loved the walk in the beautiful woods. Thank you for giving us that moment with you. 💗
Thank you so much Julie! Our next premiere is going to be earlier but the next one will be later (if you see what I mean) We are trying to stagger it so everyone has a opportunity to chat and see the things in the shop :)

@@mace8873 Yeah you are right! I think you got to our shadow boxes because of metal detecting and archaeology, we have tenuous links to both because of our mudlarking videos haha :)
Wasn't able to watch live. Hope to be able to do so the next time! Watched video enjoyed crafting. Shadow boxes turned out wonderfully. So relaxing in the woods. Have a blessed day.
" The Mudlarking Goddess" is perfect, she looks so Greek! I love the boy with the balloon and the boy on the moon with his Monopoly hat!! The Angel/Fairy is very sweet and I think she looks more like an Angel! You both are so creative! I'm so glad you mention the repair clay. I was going to send a message to find out what you were using. Thank you!
Most enjoyable as usual. I have had a few chuckles when reading the comments from (I presume) some of our American friends who mention Kate's "suspenders". I went back to view the video again to see what I had missed lol. Incidentally the butterflies were mostly 'Meadow Brown' with one appearance from a 'Red Admiral'. I thought the 'Penny' Earth was a brilliant idea too.
Sorry was typing goodbye when it stopped haha! Thank you all so much for joining us! We will premiere all the craft videos and maybe a mudlarking film to have more of a chance to chat if you would like?

You should have called the full moon one Moonopoly! Lovely video as always ladies.
Ha we should have, that would have been better name :)
Beautiful adventure and wonderful projects
Thank you so much! :)
Great stuff girls 👍
Thank you 🤗
Wasn't able to watch live. Hope to be able to do so the next time! Watched video enjoyed crafting. Shadow boxes turned out wonderfully. So relaxing in the woods. Have a blessed day.
I think we are premiering the next film earlier and then the next later :)
Thank you!
Thank you so much :)
Haha that would be one way of getting more views! I have seen more butterflies this year than for many years, which is a really great thing! :)
You're amazing crafters🥰love every piece of art you make😍
Thank you so much :)
What a neat craft!
