I like how you dress in a retro fashion for these outings, and use vintage suitcases, and baskets! The basket that you had on your back for another crafting venture, that basket was just darling!
Love the swaying crowns of the tree tops - such a beautiful location though seems to be on a busy run way lol 😆 Love the copper foil, adds a beautiful light and lustre to the old tin. What a wonderful gesture of someone to contact Milliput and for them to supply you with one of every colour. Lovely quirky flights of fancy, all snapped up in a heartbeat.
I love to make things for my dollhouse out of found objects or throw away items, so what you make is right up my alley. Your photography is as beautifully crafted as your art projects.

Your "muse" of a location was brilliant. It is so hot here you have to stay in the shade and 30 minutes is quite enough. Mosquitoes are the biggest problem. I enjoyed the virtual trip.
I just remembered a craft my mother did for her Christmas tree. She bought some cockle shells, drilled a hole toward the top for ribbon. Then she set up little holiday scenes in each one. That might be something you can do with little odds and ends you don’t need for the house or hospital. Think you two would be able to improve on her idea as you’re both so artistic and resourceful.
So looking forward to your video been feeling bad had emergency visit to the hospital yesterday so your videos are great to watch when your not feeling great brightens my mood up.❤❤❤😷😷😷
When I use copper, silver or gold leaf, I get it all over my fingers! You were so neat! I do love the look of it. The old tin was perfect. The Monopoly hat was perfect. It's an awesome material, I think you're going to like it a lot, I've used it for all sorts of projects, latest a couple of days ago when I needed to beef up a master I'm making a mould of, for pewter casting.
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers I friggin' love it, it's easy to work with, easy to shape even when cured, and rock solid. It's an amazing material, and doesn't need baking and so on.:-)
I thought the connection between shadow boxes and the woodland floor was perfectly sensible. I've often heard of the forest floor as being lit up by 'dappled sunlight.' Which means sun and shadows, of course! Where you worked was an open wood, with sunlight getting through, but I'm sure that the light would be constantly changing as the sun moved through the sky.
Loved these so much and wow they sell super quick too which is great I think I might have to give milliput a try I have a few broken things that are sentimental that I cant throw away but this might resurrect them give them new life and get them out of the back of the cupboard!
So disappointed I missed your Premier and it sounds like it was a smashing success! You two deserve it! You have worked very hard to keep our minds off of other things and I am so very grateful to you! Next time I'll set my alarm clock too, lol. Copper is my favorite too. If I could find copper appliances at a reasonable cost I would purchase them. Love the sound of the wind through the trees.
Ohh Copper appliances would be amazing (although probably a nightmare to keep clean) I have some copper pans which I love very much :)
I thought the connection between shadow boxes and the woodland floor was perfectly sensible. I've often heard of the forest floor as being lit up by 'dappled sunlight.' Which means sun and shadows, of course! Where you worked was an open wood, with sunlight getting through, but I'm sure that the light would be constantly changing as the sun moved through the sky.

Loved these so much and wow they sell super quick too which is great I think I might have to give milliput a try I have a few broken things that are sentimental that I cant throw away but this might resurrect them give them new life and get them out of the back of the cupboard!
I highly recommend Milliput! It is bordering on genius really for our needs :)
