It's pretty evident that this is a different show than Prime Time. This show even has a new name, Brent Meats World. I've watched all the prime time shows twice probably and it was great. Wish it would come back but this show is great too.

If you dont like brain because it's brain then just think of it as like a mix of finely ground meat and scrambled eggs. If it's done well it can fill in the protein for any meal that those two things work in

I’ll tell you. It’s Coca Cola, orange juice plus the oranges you squeezed and a whole bunch of lard. Some spices and bay leaf. If you look up carnitas riceta on TH-cam they tell you bro… ain’t no secret lol
It’s always a restaurant secret. Every family and every shop has their own Spices could include dozens of chilies, a dozen spices, a specific brand of lard, a veggie stock added, sometimes even chocolate. It’s like a mole situation. Even if you go to the same town and try the mole on the same block of different families, they are all gonna be different
