An amazing and wonderful schematic project.
This is industrial or commercial project maybe 100 plus kg batch. What if you design a household project or miniature of this project. A DC motor of less than 100 RPM will be sufficient in my opinion. Kitchen's big pan or broth pan may be used and that must not be fixed. Easy to wash utensils.
