I'm sorry you didn't get more than a tiny peek at it. The next time I'm up that way I'll make sure to have a good look at it for you. 67 years away from there!! Have you ever been back, or have you moved too far away?
@@the.just.able.biker67 Hi, yes about as far away as it is possible to go and still be on dry land, in the South Island of NZ, we get back now and again, the house is a bed and breakfast now, and we have stayed there a couple of times. We used to walk to the small school that was across the road from the church near Drymen, where you stopped for a peak in the driveway, the school was converted into a dwelling some time ago. Your comment about campers triggered a memory of a brightly painted gypsy horse-drawn caravan parked in the woods on the loch side of the road. Yours, and the other riders' videos of tootling around on the new Royal Enfield bikes are great fun to watch, thank you. 🙂
@@alexd1759 Thank you very much for your kind comment, I'm glad my comment prompted an old memory from the past. 👍 It's great that you find the Royal Enfield videos on TH-cam entertaining. It really is the perfect bike for just pottering about on. I've got lots of trips planned for this year.
Glad I saved this til Saturday afternoon Dougie wouldn’t mind camping there the night if your allowed to beautiful views from the loch Lomond them trees roots looked like something out of Harry potter’s films enjoyed this video Dougie 👍👍🙏
Cheers mate, it was good to get back up there again. By the way, my offer for yer bike still stands. 👍 P.S. That cabbage isnae gettin' any fresher, so ya better make yer mind up soon!! 🤣
Very cool. Beautiful country. I lived in Kirkcaldy in 1992. Do you have a link to your engine guards? That's exactly what I want. I saw them on some obscure Indian site but looked a bit wonky. Thanks
I got them from Moto GB, they're having a sale just now. They are the octagon crash bars in stainless steel. Sorry, I don't know how to link them in the comments here. I posted a video recently on how to fit them.
I enjoyed that 👍 looks the time of year to go up Loch Lomond to get the place to yourself 😁👍
Cheers Bruce
Thanks. 👍
It's the ideal time of year. No people, no midges and no jet skis!! 🤣🤣
Balmaha! spent many a childhood day out there.
Nice to see our old house at 19:42 in the video. Still looking good after 67 years away. 🙂

The campsite is just another few hundred yards up the road. I'm sure we could sort something out when you're up this way. 👍
@@the.just.able.biker67 brilliant I’ll sort it near the time thank you 👍👍
