Your observation is understandable. While the original is in sindhubhairavi and this rendition appears to be based on it, there are all kinds of excursions. For instance, at 0:51, it is a totally weird phrasing that is completely out of character for rAgA. On top of this, the musical arrangement appears either incapable of sticking to the rAgA or simply not talented enough to be able to exert out-of-scale notes without interfering. Is this musical? Yes, in parts. Is it SindhuBhairavi? No.
