I feel those cramps in my soul. A few years back my OB did a partial hysterectomy (2 kids later) and I was bummed at the time. Now… I THANK HER SO MUCH. Cramps GONE. Feel better Rachel.

Yeah most of my symptoms are pms (premenstrual symptoms) and not during the actual bleeding. I get moody and irritated by everything about a week before, period poops (aka nausea, cold sweats, near death stomach pain, and of course diarrhea ) maybe 3-5 days before, and lower back pain & menstrual cramps up to 48 hours before. Usually I’m bloated, fatigued(especially the day before), and maybe a little bit crampy the first 3 days. I usually have some slight constipation all throughout the actual period, but Omega3 and magnesium helps with that. Any symptoms usually start to ease up around the 4th day. My third day is my heaviest. Pms period poops are definitely my worst symptom. Every time I think I’m about to die. Not even joking. I can laugh now that I’m not experiencing it, but holy shite it sucks 😅

Rachel, when you come to Europe, are you coming to to the UK? If so if you are coming to England, I would try to avoid London as it is very touristy. It is however very multicultural like the rest of the uk. Most of our cheese is at least vegetarian and we also have quite a few vegan cheeses in our regular supermarkets.

I hope this isn't over stepping but since you've shared your menstrual symptoms a few times now and have been pretty transparent about your bodily functions, I have to say it sounds a lot like there might be something more going on in there. Women are capable of withstanding a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort and think it's normal. After a lifetime of just thinking every person who menstruates feels as awful as I do every month, I finally went to the doctor and learned that's totally not the case. I have a variety pack of menstrual issues myself and your symptoms sound like you might be there too. I'd recommend seeing a gynecologist and telling them what your periods are like just to make sure there isn't anything more serious going on. Never hurts to make sure you can live a long happy life :)

Trader Joe’s has a vegan almond milk cheese. It’s in the shredded bag form. It’s not the best vegan cheese but it’s ok. There’s some good vegan choices if you look hard. Their vegan salad dressings are good. And the vegan pesto.

Do you use a heating pad or hot water bottle? I have both. I also have CBD creams and bath bombs and they literally make a world of a difference. What has your doctor said about your cramps? It’s not normal for them to be that painful (I don’t expect an answer, cause it’s not my business) just a reminder that it’s not normal because women are usually shushed over pain.

I'm confused on the late periods myself. I've been experiencing them the past year. Like 36 hit and my periods stopped but when they come they come hard. It's either menapause starting since it last a full 10 years or it's the vaccine. I guess it causes the same symtoms.

Hey Rachel I know you mean no harm by it but as a groomer some of us find it offensive when clients say there dog looks like “a different dog” or they picked up the wrong one. It’s a hard job and we put a lot of work into each pet so those kinds of comments can be taken as they aren’t happy with the groom even though I know you’re joking here. She looks really good so even though she had mats it looks like they tried to keep her as long as they could

As a vegan I was also underwhelmed with trader joe's. The few vegan things they have, I can get at other stores that have 10 times more to choose from so no point in going there. I feel like it's good for people who like to eat on the healthier side, but not vegan
