- American singer-songwriter Jack White performs 'I Can Tell' in a clip from Another Day, Another Time.
ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER TIME: CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF "INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS," is inspired by music from the Coen Brothers' film, INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS, which is set in the 1960's Greenwich Village folk music scene. Produced by the film's writer and directors Joel and Ethan Coen, the film's executive music producer T Bone Burnett and producer Scott Rudin, the star-studded concert reunites the trio behind O BROTHER, WHERE ART THOU? and the highly successful concert events launched in conjunction with that film. ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER TIME: CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF "INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS" features live performances of the film's music, as well as songs from the early 1960s that inspired the film. The concert took place at The Town Hall in New York City on Sunday, September 29, the proceeds of which benefited the National Recording Preservation Foundation.
Artists performing at the concert included the Avett Brothers, Joan Baez, Dave Rawlings Machine, Rhiannon Giddens, Lake Street Dive, Colin Meloy, The Milk Carton Kids, Marcus Mumford, Punch Brothers, Patti Smith, Willie Watson, Gillian Welch, and Jack White. Oscar Isaac, the star of the film, also performs for one unique evening. In addition to extensive concert footage, the documentary features behind-the-scenes material from the feature film, including rehearsals, and interviews with the filmmakers and cast.

Love this song..."we clean up and now it's time to learn"...friggin Jack White... !!
D Ebelt I love his lyrics man Timeless
Fall is here, hear the yell
Back to school, ring the bell
Brand new shoes, walking blues
Climb the fence, books and pens
I can tell that we are going to be friends
I can tell that we are going to be friends
Walk with me, Suzy Lee
Through the park and by the tree
We will rest upon the ground
And look at all the bugs we found
Safely walk to school without a sound
Safely walk to school without a sound
Here we are, no one else
We walked to school all by ourselves
There's dirt on our uniforms
From chasing all the ants and worms
We clean up and now its time to learn
We clean up and now its time to learn
Numbers, letters, learn to spell
Nouns, and books, and show and tell
Playtime we will throw the ball
Back to class, through the hall
Teacher marks our height against the wall
Teacher marks our height against the wall
We don't notice any time pass
We don't notice anything
We sit side by side in every class
Teacher thinks that I sound funny
But she likes the way you sing
Tonight I'll dream while in my bed
When silly thoughts go through my head
About the bugs and alphabet
And when I wake tomorrow I'll bet
That you and I will walk together again
I can tell that we are going to be friends
I can tell that we are going to be friends
Awesome
epic!
Is that a steel, resonator upright bass????
It's not 'I can tell' its 'We are gonna be friends'
