Oh gawd the way she worked the crowd to sing along, such a consummate performer! The one and only, truly, Ms *Tina Turner* - a legend, from here to eternity.
I never get tired of her and even though she's deceased and unfortunately gone now, her memory and she lives on even line here the tingles go through my body. No one in the world made me feel like that except for a couple, but Tina was number one if her number isn't perfect.
Saw her back in 82 when she was just starting her comeback and she was without a doubt one of the very best entertainers I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing!

I guess that´s the way the Stones would perform it nowadays, if they had played it more often on stage over the years. There are some artists who write their own songs, and they play and sing them...but Tina is beyond that: she could perform, not only her own songs, but someone else's penned songs, and even performing those tunes like nobody could do ;)
I first saw Ms. Turner perform with Ike Turner and the Ikettes at L.A.Valley College in 1965. I never saw anyone with so much energy and charisma! I couldn't imagine how skinny Ike Turner could possibly handle a woman like her. I later saw her perform in Las Vegas, maybe 20 years later. No longer in her 20s, but her dancers struggled to keep up with her. What a dynamo! Tina Turner lives in rarified air. She has very few peers.

I know where Den Bosch is because I saw her live in 2009 and had to travel from Rotterdam to Arnhem and change train in Den Bosch. This was probably before I was born but I got the chance to hear this in 2022 at Anfield (Liverpool) from the Rolling Stones.

Coracle Joe can never ever forget her; may no longer be touring but I shall treasure the two occasions I was able to see her forever! even 'on here' her performances and her bands (The Revue!) all go on.. saw her at US Live Aid and again shortly after that when she did a tour. incredible band she had, she was simply astonishing; electrical performer. beautiful rapport onstage with her Revue as well.
