Hello Sir, Under senior citizens act 2007, if Senior citizen transferred property to children and not provided any facilities and even getting abused, stil they have to receive maintenance if kids agreed only for sake of property or they can get their property back because they feel neglected. After filing complaint to SDM parents should accept maintenance from children who already behaved rudely and neglected. Pls suggest
