There was a dozen pass plays where there was a guy running open. A few of those were on third down and he looks over that way and doesn’t pull the trigger and instead decides to run. The plays are there to be made and our quarterback just isn’t seeing the open guy. Very frustrating when the plays are there to be made and we’re not making them.

His method takes time but is more consistent and can have effect over more years. Look at the play sir. Understand the situation. You need a first down. There was no home run to be had on that play. Look at where Cam Coleman is on the play. If a by the time Cam noticed the key from PT the defender already started his move to make a play. Cam couldn’t get that key and get his head around fast enough. No way.

It's wasn't a read it was a dive left run only no audible and apparently Thorne changed the play without letting anyone know so yes the butt chewing was warranted. Tackling still an issue, though better than the last game. Still have an issue on stopping opponents on third down. Downfield blocking by the receivers was hit or miss. Kicker still missing FGs. Issues at left tackle.

It's wasn't a read it was a dive left run only no audible and apparently Thorne changed the play without letting anyone know so yes the butt chewing was warranted. All of the OPs said it was a dive and wasn't aware of the audible. Apparently this has happened with PT before. He can't just play back yard football and change it cause he wants to.
you seem awful upset for someone who predicted Auburn to lose. Thorne played well, but made a few mistakes on certain plays. However, he's not THE problem. He's a problem. I just don't understand why they don't give Jarquez the ball more. There were some absolutely terrible calls by the refs but this was the outcome we all expected even before the season got going.

Well said Darrell. We have bigger issues than just PT. Guys have been loafing all season and that's on Freeze for allowing it. Cam Coleman loafing on blocks, Keionte Scott and Sly Smith loafing on tackles. The lack of effort by certain players is inexcusable..........and that starts with coaching.

Auburn was never going to beat Georgia, but thought Auburn played better today against a very good Georgia team. Fewer penalties, no turnovers, running game was not bad, a few good passes. Tackling still an issue, though better than the last game. Still have an issue on stopping opponents on third down. Downfield blocking by the receivers was hit or miss. Kicker still missing FGs. Issues at left tackle.
