I changed my health completely by applying this concept - it really works people! I used to be asthmatic on steroid inhalers constantly getting chest infections and pneumonia. I changed my thoughts around being sick and I joined a gym, got a personal trainer and slowly started getting fit. I did yoga breathing and started to believe I was fit and healthy. Yesterday I ran 4km and I feel amazing! I am no longer on any medication, no inhalers or drugs at all. Choose your thoughts and change your future. ❤

I think what people miss in these teachings is the relationship with self. I have approached it like a marrying myself ,being that best friend and build it from that like you actually would build a relationship before marriage. Some really crazy beautiful stuff has happened with this approach. Kinda hard to know what you want or know what to ask for if you don't even know yourself.

This really helped me a lot. I’ve been doing a lot of inner healing since like 2018 and I feel like I still have some cycles that are repeating and I couldn’t figure out why… and I realize that I still tell myself victim stories about my past that are keeping me from moving forward. After I watched this I started rewriting my story about all the good things that happened to me in my childhood and I was so shocked to see that I was the girl that I desperately want my future self to be. I was free spirited, I was fun, I manifested everything I wanted with ease, I went after what I wanted and was good at the things I tried. Idk why I let myself get so trapped in my trauma
Release the desire to shame or get frustrated with your inner child for reliving the past! Your inner child does not deserve blame for feeling this way. Grant her understanding and love. When you feel you're reliving old patterns, sit yourself (your inner child) down and give her a loving hug. Tell her she's not wrong for feeling this way. Your inner self craves acceptance and understanding. That's all that's required, actually. As kids (and adults) we need to feel validated. If something is repeatedly coming up, give your little self your full and unwavering attention. Be fully present and let her tell you how she's feeling. She just needs to feel heard. True, thought forms are created everywhere and they exist on their own! And these thought bubbles look for like frequency thought bubbles. I love this great video. I broke my neck in 1997 been through a few spiritual Awakenings last couple years I've changed the way I say I am a quadriplegic to I am a recovering quadriplegic. But I'm almost realizing I should be saying I am fully recovered but I don't want to lie. I moved from Ontario Canada to Puerto Vallarta Mexico 8 months ago my intuition guided me down here now I meditate 3 - 4 hours a day. I pretend I'm on an elevator going to higher timelines. I know deep in my heart and my belief system that I can run again. I'm trying to reality shift overnight I believe it's possible to collapse space and time. Doing Physiotherapy and working out I've been doing for 25 years now. I feel like the working out and Physiotherapy just reminds me that I'm still in the situation I can feel in my intuition something magical is going to happen. Also, I’m catholic and I feel called to a higher timeline. God has actually called me multiple times in my life to higher timelines. This timeline that I’m being called to is going to come into natural reality in April 2025. That is when I hear god telling me I’m going to meet this version of myself. So what I am doing in the meantime is making decisions now that align with that April 2025 version of myself. I’ve named her April Julia and when I do things and make decisions aligned with how April Julia would do things, I say to myself “April Julia is loading”. I’m doing a lot of energy work to energetically meet her next April 💡 Her energy #1 makes more money than previous versions of me and #2 she has a high level of discernment. She isn’t telling everybody about her life and plans etc

I had a vocal message it just said you have to stick wth this ..that was all the crazy synchronicities involved with my feelings for a particular person it’s been a bizarre but massively amazing journey ..I love writing but I could never have imagined this ..I keep asking for help to see my way ..and it involves the person the voice was relating to …I’ve had countless crazy what you might call coincidences with timing and circumstances …I havnt heard that I should change my direction …or that I’m going too slow …so I keep on plugging on …early this morning I had another brilliant idea forward I’m sure this one wasn’t all mine …I would have thought this was total madness three or four years ago ..but it’s truly magical .
I think it’s more that we have all been lied to. I remember a passage in the Bible when God was asked their name the response was “I am what I am”. We are told “what is a man but a collection of his past”. When asked who we are, we always feel the need to describe ourselves as our past experiences. Otherwise we have no answer.
I think this is why traditional therapy never worked for me. It was always a journey back to examine the past and attach that to the now…..my mind doesn’t work like that and it was very frustrating and not helpful at all. Thank you for this it totally resonates 🥰

My parents separated when I was 8, had a messy divorce and never spoke since.. I died 17 months ago and was allowed the chance to return to my body. My accident somehow resulted in my parents getting back together happily.. and obviously I’ve had thoughts like, ‘did I die and realign my reality’ - but yeah it’s been a mental journey. I broke my neck in 1997 been through a few spiritual Awakenings last couple years I've changed the way I say I am a quadriplegic to I am a recovering quadriplegic. But I'm almost realizing I should be saying I am fully recovered but I don't want to lie.
I moved from Ontario Canada to Puerto Vallarta Mexico 8 months ago my intuition guided me down here now I meditate 3 - 4 hours a day. I pretend I'm on an elevator going to higher timelines.
I know deep in my heart and my belief system that I can run again.
I'm trying to reality shift overnight I believe it's possible to collapse space and time. Doing Physiotherapy and working out I've been doing for 25 years now.
I feel like the working out and Physiotherapy just reminds me that I'm still in the situation I can feel in my intuition something magical is going to happen.

Also, I’m catholic and I feel called to a higher timeline. God has actually called me multiple times in my life to higher timelines. This timeline that I’m being called to is going to come into natural reality in April 2025. That is when I hear god telling me I’m going to meet this version of myself. So what I am doing in the meantime is making decisions now that align with that April 2025 version of myself. I’ve named her April Julia and when I do things and make decisions aligned with how April Julia would do things, I say to myself “April Julia is loading”. I’m doing a lot of energy work to energetically meet her next April 💡 Her energy #1 makes more money than previous versions of me and #2 she has a high level of discernment. She isn’t telling everybody about her life and plans etc

I had a vocal message it just said you have to stick wth this ..that was all the crazy synchronicities involved with my feelings for a particular person it’s been a bizarre but massively amazing journey ..I love writing but I could never have imagined this ..I keep asking for help to see my way ..and it involves the person the voice was relating to …I’ve had countless crazy what you might call coincidences with timing and circumstances …I havnt heard that I should change my direction …or that I’m going too slow …so I keep on plugging on …early this morning I had another brilliant idea forward I’m sure this one wasn’t all mine …I would have thought this was total madness three or four years ago ..but it’s truly magical .

I think it’s more that we have all been lied to. I remember a passage in the Bible when God was asked their name the response was “I am what I am”. We are told “what is a man but a collection of his past”. When asked who we are, we always feel the need to describe ourselves as our past experiences. Otherwise we have no answer.
I think this is why traditional therapy never worked for me. It was always a journey back to examine the past and attach that to the now…..my mind doesn’t work like that and it was very frustrating and not helpful at all. Thank you for this it totally resonates 🥰
