I was wandering, when you refer to One Dose of the remedy -no matter what potency-, how many globules/sachets do you give to the patient?, because I´ve understand in some of your videos that if we disolve 1 o 2 microglobules in aprox 900 ml of water (acord, to Organon 6th edition), that is a dose, in this case, how many times does an acute patient should repeat the disolution?
Laura, When we say one dose- its 1-2 globules of the remedy. The globules are to be dissolved in water according to 5th Edition of Organon. In chronic cases ,the patient can sip that medicated water for 3-5 days,in acute cases 12-24 hours

If one constitutional medicine potency gradually increases to a patient & after certain high potency (suppose 1M) administration, aggravation occured. After waiting for 2-3 months if the aggravated symptoms still present and the patient is showing same remedy symptoms, in this situation can we prescribe the same remedy in LM potency scale for lowering the aggravation?? I am waiting for your reply.
You don't give 1M as constitutional medicine, it will create aggravation. It is generally 10M 0-0-0 in a day and wait. Why not just use 30 potency in Centicimal to reduce aggravation? The best way is to wait.

Thank you. Some times happens to me, the patient was doing well in a particular potency,when going up after repeating the previous potency twice- patient gets worse than before.should we come back to previous potency if the totality still indicates the same medicine needed to the patient?
You can drop to a lower potency in many cases. After doing well on 200-went to 1m- aggravated- drop to 30c-often you can see improvement in many cases In OA cases, improved on 30- aggravated on 200-I drop to 12 c and there is improvement.
Sir, I hav vitiligo from past 24 years. It was in a somewhta standstill condition till last year , it used to take an year for new white spots to appear. And in past few months I had natrum mur 30 c then no change, I changed to 200 , 1 m still no change then I had 2 doses of natrum mur 10m , now it's aggravating so much.. It's been 1 month since had taken this 10 m dose still it's aggravating. What should I do? Should I stick with the remedy? Constitutionally my senior said that I'm an natrum mur patient 😓
