To connect a phone using the Bluetooth system, the vehicle must be stationary.
The connecting procedure varies depending on the audio system in your vehicle.
For vehicles equipped with this audio system, perform the following procedure to connect your phone to the system:
• Press the PHONE/SEND button on the steering wheel.
• When prompted, say "Connect Phone",
• Then say "Add Phone".
• The system acknowledges the command and asks you to initiate connecting from the phone handset.
• When prompted for a passkey code, enter "1-2-3-4". This code is assigned by NISSAN and cannot be changed.
For vehicles equipped with this audio system, perform the following procedure to connect your phone to the system:
• Press the SETTING button.
• Next, select the BLUETOOTH key by turning the dial and then press the ENTER button.
• Select the ADD TELEPHONE OR DEVICE key.
• The system acknowledges the command and asks you to initiate connecting from the phone handset.
A PIN will appear on the display screen. Operate the Bluetooth phone to enter the PIN and complete the connecting process.
You can use these same procedures to connect up to five Bluetooth devices to the vehicle.
