She didn't have to raise her voice or insult them, just lay out their duties clearly. Cid lucked out that she has such a natural affinity for leadership and she worked hard to develop it.

If they ever meet them again, I would like to see how little they care about a family who tried to kill them off or abandoned them. It was Cid who was lucky to find and cure them. He also unlocked their full potential!

If the candy is perfectly acounted for, I would just separate the basket into 3 colored sections, one for each ribbon, and then put the candy Delta should give out in them. Its much cheaper, has a better aesthetic and they probably had everything they needed to make it at the branch office. Eta just wanted to invent so she could be lazy.
It seems Yor was isekaid and became a Mitsugoshi branch manager. Well, Shadow Garden does employ kawaii and deadly assassins, so it was a career improvement.
