Pour white vinegar into the cylinder and let it sit for 1 or two days and then use instrument to get its smoother I would say. Great video. makes me understand more about my engine.
I am restoring a 1974 BMW 520 E12 with the M10 engine and Cylinder 1 is in terrible shape. cyl 3 has some pitting, but isnt too bad so that one, plus cylinders 2 and 4 just need some honing.
