Maine 25th Jan 2023 ko ye komaki xgt x5 kharidi hai..tabise mai komaki ke shop Mai chakkr kat Raha hu... mudguard ka bahut serious issue hai iss bike Mai...na koi replacement na koi service mil rahi hai..... mudguard ko quality itna kharb hai ki direct tyre Mai aa jata hai ..ek bar acceidnt hote hote bacha gaya...gadi bhot hilti hai khade mai aur raste ekdam plane na ho to...ye gadi mumbai ke road ke liye bilkul nahi hai mere nazriysese
Aur ek baat notice kije gadi itni mehngi hai aur iske sat gaurd nahi milta uske alag 2000rs charge kiya, halmet aur bike cover bhi nahi milta....seat bahot jyada incline hai to piche betne vala bahot fislta hai...komaki se 2000 ka guard lagaya uski quality bhi ekdam ghatiya hai...i think i wast my money for purchiing these vehicle.

Reverse krne ka bhi arrangement ho toh 1.4 lakhs tak bhi dedenge log aaram se..

Dealer won't pickup the call after full payment , i got delivery after 3 weeks , gaadi sirf plain road per proper chalti hai lekin awaz aati hai usme , aur jaha road rough aya toh puri gaadi hilne lagti hai jaise abhi bhikar jayegi , gaadi kafi costly hai + no accessories ..... dealer gadi lene se pehle lambi lambi phekega phir full payment hote hi dealer gayab aur bichara staff hi dikhega samne.... iski range 1 charging me 100km bataya but fact yeh hai k 50-60km se pehle hi charging dum toddeti hai ....... jab mene book kiya tab kaha k battery removable hai after payment kehte hai battery remove karke charge karoge toh company not responsible wo customer ka look out hai..... 4hrs full charging bataya lekin 4.30hrs per 80% hi charging hua........

Dont buy its. oil leaking from its gear box and they dont give any warranty for the same. with in three months after buying its became scrap for me. Dont know what to do with it
Any manufacturing defect should be cover by Komaki Dealer.... but any extranal empact will not cover....
@@MotoKamleshBhadana there was no external impact.Oil were dripping from gear box. They said cant to do any thing. then I have requested lot and offer that please take your charge for the same then they obliged me.
@@MotoKamleshBhadana here is the issue. as you said "manufacturing defect should be cover by Komaki Dealer". while It should take care by company. Dealer wont care customers. he just sell and go
