Now, I am a former shell of what I once was and now am mentally disabled and come to the conclusion that I will not get those days back anymore. I now know that I must make the most of what I have and improve myself and make everything count. I take my medications, I go to the doctors now, and I still live with my loved ones. I don't know how blessed I am, sometimes.
