So much to comment here! First thing is on that tape measure; I need one that has that sort of visibility. I think it is the Lufkin? 2.) That Koken 12 point deep --- I want those!, not that I use 12 pt all the time, but my brain would be so happy if that set were within my reach. 3.) that Stalwille breaker bar looks like a beast. I usually enjoy your videos, and todays was no exception
Damn that mustn't feel good to order the wrong thing. I'm not a big fan of how that comfort grip looks but i bet it still feels great. I included a pb Swiss umbrella in my recent pb Swiss orientated order lol. thanks for the videos buddy.
Yep! I had actually planned to have an update video for that AND a lot of other stuff, but have lost my voice twice, this last time for a solid week. It started to come back yesterday, but still pretty scratchy. Stay tuned!
I really like my Tone breaker bars. They offer 3 different lengths in the 3 different drive sizes on Amazon. I'm one who doesn't mind, and actually likes the Koken Zeal comfort grips. I wasn't sure about them at first, but after using them, they're not bad. I'd like to try some PB Swiss, but I'm not sure they make JIS drive phillips tips. I work on Japanese stuff quite a bit and have found that standard is the only way to go, for me. Now, I've started using my Vessel drivers everywhere else.
I still own nothing from Tone, wish more places carried them...I try to avoid the jungle site. I think my biggest complaint on the Z-Series ratchets is mainly just the daintyness in 1/4" drive...it gets uncomfortable to use for long periods. That said, while I bag on almost every ratchet handle, the 3/8" is by far my most used and while not perfect, it is good. I've also yet to really tear into one, or ruin the feel with cleaners, so they did something right. Vessel makes great screwdrivers. My advice on the PB Swiss would be to just buy your most used drive size, possibly even in a different length than you currently have, and give it a go. You could also look for holes in your Vessel set, but that would limit the usage of the PB Swiss. The Swiss Grip is very unique.
