I see this is 2 years old! I just found it! I hope you get to see this comment. Very, very nice presentation! Thank you so very much for your time making this. I looked at doing this a couple of times, and got nowhere. By following your video I am now sure I can do this! Again! Thank you!

Man, I was wondering what might be in there for 15 minutes just for custom horns! I think it is undoubtedly one of the best tutorials out there and will be very helpful for me when I get to make my own custom horns. THANK YOU for doing this. Cheers! Kaustav

Finally, India will see private model train layouts like other countries.
    Keep it up

Great instructions for a very complicated procedure. Thank you. Have you ever created a Grade Crossing Horn Sequence or seen one for LokSound? Soundtraxx Tsunami includes it on the F3 function button. It is very convenient.

Glad the video was helpful to you. I have not done a Grade Crossing Sequence, but you can find an example at this blog site:

I just realized those WDM locomotives are derived from the ALCO DL535 series just like the locomotives on white pass and Yukon railroad and Durango and Silverton railroads

Actually, the broad gauge WDM’s are 16-cyl 251B (DL560C) and variants, originally at around 2600HP and then updated upto around 3300HP. Thanks for stopping by my channel.

I can't change the horn sound being played on the simulator tool, no matter what I do

Which Loksound file are you working on ? Is it a diesel, steam or electric sound file? North American or European? Each is set up slightly differently.

@@indianrailmodeller4259 I think I figured it out.. I changed the number in the SV9 box and it worked!

Awesome! Yes, that’s how it’s set up in North American Loksound5 diesel sound projects.

Do you have the Lok Programmer with you? Can you help me put a sound file on my ESU Lok Sound 5 decoder. The sound file that I currently have does not have a very good sound quality. Please let me know if you can do that for me. I will subscribe your channel if you can be some help here....regards :)

    • @indianrailmodeller4259
      @indianrailmodeller4259  ปีที่แล้ว

Hi Desh, I can help you with the Loksound file, depending on your location.
Though, in my experience, poor sound quality has more to do with the speaker/enclosure than the sound file. All ESU Loksound 5 files are recorded in CD quality and are generally quite good, especially their HiFi sounds. You may want to check the speaker/enclosure in your model first. Which sound file and model are you working on ? Thanks.

Can you also make a tutorial on how you make indian trains model....?
    Please......If you're 3d printing those,
Can you give the link for the 3d model

These are hand made, not 3D printed.

You could start with an EMD SD70ACe chassis, drive, etc. then just create a new shell by kit-bashing some other components
