just its easy i do that install gimp install vtf plugin for gimp now just find texture gman go to sfm and create new model for exemple gman now add owerdiwe materials and show in elemnt viewer and model now just open page materials and find face open it and you should have info where is that texture so go to sfm files and
go to for gman hl2 materials models and find gman now open vtf file named face and open witch gimp and eddit what you want i dont give you my work cya

Ummmm....... It's not that much you just need to install vtf edit, and make the textures, well I have them in my sfm stuff folder, I have 4 gman hurt faces, 4th one is this one in this video
