I love this. I'm British, so we don't have this kind of marching /stepping parade and we don't have HBCUs. I don't really know the occasion for this, but it gives me LIFE!!.
I swear they've been doing this same routine everytime they march in and years later I STILL LOVE IT!! You can't watch this and not get goosebumps and a HUGE surge of pride no matter what part of the country you're from.
They can barely see from the rain washing makeup and hair into their eyes, YET they kept those beautiful smoked in place the ENTIRE time...Love their professionalism and positive vibes🥰🥰🥰🥰

I watch a lot of the HBCU marching bands and dance teams on TH-cam. Love how the south gives it up. This ("Get Ready") and NCAT's "P-Funk" have to be my favorites. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

It was a “tough” day for me as well . Got wet sitting in the rain and I had seats at the end of the isle. With the wife sitting right beside this old man as those JAYSETTES came within inches of my face . It was hard to look away , but I had to in order to keep living .lol
That is courageous to do that in the rain. It's very easy to just watch those beautiful girls but the band was also marching as well as playing in the rain.
I would love to have half that energy. Beautiful young women and they know how to out in a show. This week as classy and I prefer that type of dance to the bucking and twerking but that's just me
