- Hi! In this video I share my thoughts on the Louis Vuitton Key Pouch in Vernis as well as how I use it. LV has changed an exterior element of this item recently and while it does not change the utility, I share my opinion about this change.

I love it with the plate.
Finally in 2020 I can call it my one! Everyday I was regraded that I don’t bought it back than!
I have the Vernis Cles in Pomme D'Amour and i totally agree, it looks aweful without the plats and that the price is the same is even more strange! I Love mine, it's my LV unicorn and i'm glad i have it in the design it should have, for me!

Great information!! I did not know this & am super glad I came across your video & yes you’re right, the plate is like an accessory to the accessory so to speak & quite frankly I myself would not pay $390 if it did not come w/it. I realize LV makes changes all the time but some items should be left alone, this being one👛. I for one love the Vernis canvas & Cherry as well as the Amarante happen to be my favs. We must be LV soul sisters lol. Have a great day🦋

I have just bought the new one in RB. I actually lime it with and without the plate. I was just happy to get one in RB and I would worry about scratching the plate.
Yes this happened to me ordered it in the color magenta no plate!!! I returned for rose ballerine so hoping it comes with plate. Yes online doesn't specify about plate I was furious

It's so frustrating that LV does this😡 I won't buy the Vernis cles! It's ugly without the plating

I might just pop back into the store and take a picture of it to post to my Instagram account. If they wanted to change it fine, but at least acknowledge the change! But why remove the plate?? I really don't get it!
I liked the plate, the look it gave the pouch. But when mine arrived - no plate! I thought it was defective or something and called them. She said they no longer have the plate. I said well you need you change the picture on the website because that's false advertising. And it's going back. They could have emailed and mentioned it would be different than the website. 😤
I was thinking about buying the Cles Pouch for so long. I'm so glad that i watched your video, because it made me buy it faster - and i got the cherry one WITH the plate. I really don't like the look without the plate - it looks just boring
how were you able to buy it with the plate? The one on the site doesn't have the ones with it sadly.

I'm sorry, but i bought it in Germany 2 month ago. Maybe you can call several stores and ask if they still have the plated one? When i bought it they had some with and some without the plate.
I'm pretty down about that as to why they would do that! Oh by the way that's not the cherry color that's the pomme d'amour color the P A at the end of the item number tag that's what it stands for.
And the cherry has a black/brown glazing going around too that's how you tell the difference

I got the vintage amarante gifted to me in 2021, its gorgeous. I love the plate its a beautiful detail. What are these pouches made of? X
DUNE is Sand so I assume its Beige.
I love the plate. Without the plate it looks plain and not as elegant. I also don't like that the pictures online shows the plate and you might or might not get the plate, Not ok. I really wanted this piece but I ordered the empreinte key pouch online because of that reason.
Did you ever have problems with colour transfers as you're attaching it to the outside of a bag?

I just ordered one online from the UK site and was shocked when it came without the plate. First world problem of course, but still very poor customer service.
Do they still have the vernis leather (agenda) in their stores ?! Cuz I searched online and I didn't find any ,, do you know where can I get them ?!
+ميرنا مي I have sadly not seen a Vernis leather agenda in store in a while, but to be clear I haven't been specifically looking for one. You can try calling the LV hotline (although I have had hit and miss experience with it) or I would suggest going the pre-loved route from www.Fashionphile.com. This is the site I would use because they do an excellent job at specifically rating the pieces with detail on the level of wear they have and what will come with the piece. i.e. dust bag, box etc. Good luck and if I hear anything I will let you know!
I saw the Dune in person and I have to say, it looks like heck. Not beige, but honestly, looks like brewers yeast...kind of a weird tan. So frustrating, because there are so many beautiful shade options with beige.
