I wonder how this would reheat sous vide since your reheating it in the packet allready. Or take it camping and reheat it in a billy can, just take a packet of deb (powdered mash potato) to soak up the juices.

Your version is slightly heavier though at 400g compared to ours at 350g... But ours is about half the price of your version... The TH-camr Papperoni reviewed it about a year ago and loved it... the opening you cut in the bag also got nuked in the microwave and melted back together. nice looking portion though with the addition you're gonna make with the mash potatoes that will feed 2 people....just add some oyster sauce to the brisket cos there's nothing more disgusting than sugary watered down bbq sauce saturated beef YUCK!
ALDI prices are going way up near on par to Coles and Woolies now. Plus most of their stuff has been out of stock for the past 3 years. No longer a fan really

I've tried these from Coles, it always amazes me how small the portion sizes are! It's barely enough to feed 4 but they are very yummy
