Your tutorials on Falcon are the best I found up to now. Together with the manual they helped me grasp Falcon's basic structure. You said that if anyone had some subject they would like to see a tutorial on, they could ask. And yes, I have one. I would like to know more about the arpeggiator. That is really a subject to see and hear rather than to read about. And if it not possible, no problem. What you share is appreciated a lot. Thanks.
do you still use falcon and think highly of it since 2015? i really want to buy this synth to do 80's music...i dont want to buy vintage vault i actually want to program my sounds from scratch? is it capable of that sound of those vintage synths from just the oscillators?
It is a really powerful synth, but I don't use it as much as I used to. There are some quirks with it that make it a pain to use sometimes. One big thing is that automation is kind of a pain with it because you have to assign a parameter to an automation slot, and then connect the slot in your DAW. Nothing is pre-assigned so you can't just tweak a knob and record the automation. But yeah, you can definitely do vintage stuff with it. My favorite synth these days is VPS Avenger, because it's powerful, and fast to get results.
Thanks for your videos about UVi Falcon! What about the Falcon 2.0 update, is it still as tidious to assign automations between the DAW and Falcon? Which DAW are you using? I am using Cubase 10.5. Thanks for your answer in advance.

Hey quick question:
I can't get Falcon showing up in Bitwig (only ableton). Can you?
(thinking it might be vst 3)
+Duncan MacLennan (Dcup) Of course. that is how i did this video. It's not VST 3. I'm not sure why it's not showing up for you.
I needed to clear my cache
This was the fix I used answers.bitwig.com/questions/869/i-upgraded-my-vst-collection-now-something-is-strangemissing-why
