It's still possible to get a temporary super-high level over the usual lvl limit, which will give you a ton of skill points. If you spend them all before the level resets, you keep the maxed out skills forever.

another thing i found out was to not put commas, it crashes and removes your gear completely
another thing is that if you fail on making the hacked weapon, you could no longer make another one in the same character so be cautious

You need a fake root, such as the voms, f1vm, or sandbox application, and it converts to the English language
