I just made these last night. I used your roasted garlic video first, then made these. You are a very good teacher, these came out GREAT! I’ve followed many people for bread items and no one has been as explicit as you are. Thanks so much! We ate 6, I froze 10. Can’t wait to eat those. I enjoy watching all your videos, you are your husband do a fantastic job.
This is my 1st time here and I like the way she explains her instructions. I don't have any any machine so, I'm not going to prepare the recipe any time soon. But, I like to watch so that I can prepare the recipes in the future.
This is great thank you! Couple of things... on the recommended for kids yt option, it prevents viewers from saving your video to a playlist or to watch later. I am so sad I can't do that with this video! My 11 year old is learning to bake and loves making bread too! Also, we live in the South, and these days, we top our bowl with a disposable shower cap off Amazon to keep all the buggies out, and let the dough rise up on the porch. Works great! I also love how you said to go off the feel and not the amounts - in my humid home, I find the water content really can make a big difference (I am a recovering ingredient measurer by the recipe and not feel myself haha). Really great tips and love the visual too! Thank you so very much!
Thanks so much! Unfortunately the kids YT settings aren't anything I can really change and it is really too bad that things are so difficult because of the nut jobs in the world.
@@TheSaltedPepper yes I did I dipped them in garlic butter to be precise I didn't use the marinara if they were awesome but I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top of mine
Those look amazing you know if you are instapot has a yogurt setting on it you can use the yogurt setting to rise your dough I put it in my instapot I put a plate and a towel over the top of the plate and I let it go for right at half hour to 45 minutes usually double s the size of the dough. I'm so glad I see you could use the air fryer to cook them never thought of that and I will be putting a little grated parmesan cheese with the parsley to sprinkle on top. Thank you who said you can't teach this old dog new tricks 👏👏👍✌✌🎅🚌🌻
Thanks for your post. I also have an instant pot with yogurt setting and the dehydrate setting. So I’ll use one of those and cooking in my air fryer will be a plus.
Oh. My. Stars... As a low carber, I usually avoid bread items. But, I indulge in making homemade challah for festive meals. I can see making a savory challah dough with less sugar, kneading in the roasted garlic, and brushing with the butter garlic instead of an egg wash. Yum!
So excited to try these!!! Would you be able to do an updated ninja foodi review with some of the new models you have? I’m interested in how these one lid versions work, if they are as effective, etc.
It’s not scary at all, after you’ve done it a few times you’ll be much more comfortable. Just make sure your yeast isn’t old so it rises and liquid temperature not too cool or hot. Have fun!
Oh, you already made it and can taste the sugar? I'm a little surprised because I don't taste it all, but you can absolutely make it with less sugar or no sugar if you want. The sugar does helps feed the yeast and balances out the garlic, but it's fine to omit it.
Lovely Louise, thanks for sharing!!

Thank you so much! You can make these in the oven, so no special appliance is needed.
Oh my bread and garlic and butter!
Yes, Yes, and Yes!

"I don't weigh the flour, I go by the look of the dough."
I have found my people!!!😊
Garlic anything sounds yummy to me. Heck with Parsley... Im going for Parmesan Cheese 😊

Thanks Louise

I used the Pillsbury dough twist bread I just separated them rolled them up and then tied them in a knot they turned out awesome
Did you dip in the butter? I hope so because that is where the magic happens!

I love the clear mixer bowl that's cool. The garlic knots will be excellent with spaghetti or my lasagna. Thank you
WOW The foodie does almost everything!!! Your channel is so helpful. Love watching you and love the recipes you share. Thank You
Thanks so much 😊
First time I hear about Garlic knots and it’s looks absolutely amazing :). I’ll give it a try. Thanks Louise.
I hope you love them!

Yes, the yogurt setting on the instant pot works like a charm 🥖
Oh, that's right! I forgot about the yogurt function. Parmesan cheese will be great on top!
Thanks for your post. I also have an instant pot with yogurt setting and the dehydrate setting. So I’ll use one of those and cooking in my air fryer will be a plus.
I might sprinkle some too with everything bagel seasoning then the sprinkle of parsley
sounds good!
Yummy, thank you
My pleasure 😊
I have the counter top oven with an air fryer setting. I might try that too.
I'm sure it will work just fine!

Looks yummy
Thank you 😋
Do you have a recipe for gluten free dough and timings to cook please thank you
As usual my mouth is watering…😋
Wow Louise, I've been e for a recipe like this!! Can't wait to try them. I will be using Trader Joe's fresh pizza dough. Thanks, Melaney from SoCal
Enjoy!
I have an old big air fryer. Will it work with that.?
Love it 😊
Thanks 😁
Good morning❣
Hi where did you get your basket 😀
I have the insta pot with the dehydrate choice. Can I use that. I don’t have the foodie
Yes, you can proof with dehydrate, just make sure to cover the dough with a damp cloth.
I cannot wait to try these! Can this dough also be used to make wood fire pizza in my Ooni?
Yes! I made skillet pizza with it and it turned out great!
@@TheSaltedPepper thank you so very much 😊
Good Morning
Hello. A question for you. I have Ninja smartlid 11 in 1: how can I get the leavining function? Thanks a lot in advance.
Can you be more specific with your model number and then I can let you know if you have the proof option or not.
So excited to try these!!!
Would you be able to do an updated ninja foodi review with some of the new models you have? I’m interested in how these one lid versions work, if they are as effective, etc.
I have already done one: th-cam.com/video/qyh6YpKW-sw/w-d-xo.html
I will try to make this. Why does using yeast seem so scary???

100-110 f
Use instant yeast that doesn't have to be proofed and you'll be just fine!
Do you have to put that much sugar? I’m gonna be honest with you I can taste that sugar in the bread dough.
