Great video, A couple things i would have done different, blue loctite those Philips screws, (you dont want them coming loose, do to vibration while riding), I dont like things coming apart while iam riding and away from tools to do the work. Also on back side of CVT There is a Needle Bearing, I would have inspected it, cleaned it and re greased it with new quality grease, as those can get pretty dry. and a very light amount of grease on all drive splines.
@67vespa 07 is full 400cc, 06 and older is 385cc.... 07 and up have one inch larger wheel, little more power, better mpg, faster, 14,500 miles to do valve inspection, 4,500 miles on 06 OUCH! :)
@67vespa welcome! I can make a video to show what's difference between 06 and 07 400 tomorrow or next day... I am going to be at my friend's house tomorrow who have a 06 model :-)
Love the channel does anyone no no where to get some used parts for a 2005 400 Bergman as well as can you buy a drive belt and a local auto parts store such as AutoZone or advance Auto Napa
so what is the main difference from the 03-06 400's and the 07s and on??? I just aquired an 06 and think its smooth and all but really kind of a bore to ride..

Found one of these bikes on internet for $2750. Its an 06 with 6K miles. Looks like a lot of maintenance to own one of these?
