Please Someone help here. I followed the steps to configure the VM but when i open the config file it's empty??? that is using the sudo vi /etc/netplan
/etc/netplan is a directory. Inside that folder there will be a configuration file. Mine starts with "50". If that file is empty the easiest fix is to do a reinstall or go to the article referenced in the description and cut and paste the config code. Don't give up. This is part of the learning process.

If you know what you are doing it might take as little as a minute. A class on the subject might take 30 minutes. Lots to know.
