I will try this recipe. But will substitute fresh milk with plant based or non dairy milk for those lactose intolerant. Chef Ryu never fail to teach simple but delicious recipe.

It was surprising to see the color and consistency of the peanut mayo jam texture, because it really looks similar to kaya jam in Malaysia & Singapore.
