I'm doing around 500-700 jumps everyday for around 3 weeks now and am feeling amazing. Fully active throughout the day, stronger than always and wanting to do more than jumping. This is a great workout. However, I'm a little poor at designing my diet.
I'm from India and in this lock down I started practicing jump rope with different variations after coming here. Super bro you are really a very good teacher.
I used to think that jumping rope is not effective. But I tried it I was completely wrong... Now, I'm in love with jumping ropes. This video is interesting and will surely help me😇😇😇
I want to learn different types of jump rope methods ,when i am watching yours videos it was easy to practice, i felt love to do skipping and ever doing skipping thanks teacher❤️
It's the first time I'm jumproping (I'm 11) and I'm already very good, I did more than 30 in 1 try!!! I'm very motivated and looking forward to be a footballer in the future😁
Yeah really, 5 months ago, You should be a pro by now. Are you jumping? I just got my ropes last Saturday 4-days ago and I'm already jumping and making improvements and feeling better, but also sore and stiff, but in a constructive, productive way.
Oh my goodness! I’ve just trying to learn different methods of skipping for what feels like months! I’ve watched this video and ta’da!!! I now know how to skip different methods. Thankyou soo much for helping me achieve something that was VERY annoying to master.
I started doing jump for the first time couple of weeks back. Have tried the tricks in this video and I feel super confident after being able to do them. You guys are amazing. Will surely try new tricks from your tutorials. #dothething

One of the best jump rope videos I came across. The thorough details and explanations you gave actually helped me learn all three tricks in one day! Appreciate it man 💯✊🏽
I'll try this next thing in the morning! I'm on my second month of jumping and trying for more tricks aside from front and side straddle. Wish me luck!
Listen to your body... take it slow if you need to... I set a goal of 10 minutes by next year on the 1 year anniversary of getting my crossropes. That helps me remember that I AM going to get there, and there's no need to rush and hurt myself.
I just stated skipping again last time when I was at school! god I love the video and wanted to improve my skills, it’s useful that you have some slow motion on the video, cannot wait to get going - I hope I don’t end up on my face! 😂
This was a great tutorial... I am on of the newbies. Cross Ropes are (supposedly) arriving today :) I do have a question. What is the difference between run in place and the boxer hop? Thanks guys.
Thanks guys, I have been watching your videos for a while and now I have improved my jump rope ability. Your videos are 💯 percent informative for beginners like me.
Awesome, thanks! Super helpful! And it's great to see you filming somewhere new, so refreshing to see the beach and reminds me I want to get out with my rope :)
U guys r awesome.... U teach us some very good tricks with easy tutorial and helpful slow mo videos... Keep it up guys n I hav been following u all since 6 months and I learned how to jump rope and do these tricks easily and how to achieve perfection at it...thanks!!😀😀
Not really a beginner but I stopped skipping since I had really bad shin splints, tryna get back into it. I actually did these without even knowing, great video
That same kind of rope with the chain in the beginning how do you trim it and is there only one way to do it I currently use the one where u could give it a knot to trim
Crossropes (the ones we love the most) aren't adjustable. They come in different sizes according to your needs and they have a simple return policy if you need to exchange. They are weighted ropes so we wouldn't tie knots in them (But we suppose you could if you really wanted to?) Check em out: www.crossrope.com/jumpropedudes
I'm 72, started rope jumping in February this year, now doing average 1400 jumps a day (20 mins or so), a mix of basic bounce, ski, bell, jump jack, run on spot and last but not least the boxer step. Start slow and practice, add a little bit more each day. Try to breathe deep through your nose (if not while jumping, then during rest intervals). Do some basic warm up exercises and others to wind down afterwards. Great fun. It sets me up for the day. You're never too old to jump!!
I'm 66 and my ropes came last week. They were a little pricy, but it is an investment in my health. I love it! Make sure to get a mat to protect your ropes, but also cushion your feet. Rope-jumping is 1000 times better than trying to jog. It will be a week Saturday since I started, but just from the few jumps, I feel an improvement. For sure after 2 or 6-months! I will be loving it. Just make sure you get the heave 2-pound rope also. I am on the waiting list for the 4 and 5-pound rope. So far, I've only used the two-pounder. Right now, I'm just trying to get my basic jump and stamina. It is so much fun, you will not believe it, but you have to get the right ropes. I recommend the 1 and 2-pound. Even I read something from crossrope that said when you're first learning it's better to work with the heavier rope so you get the real feedback from the rope. The two-pound is heavy, but you feel good about the workout. Right now, I'm not doing a whole lot, but I am doing much better than the first day I started. And hopefully, every day, I will continue to improve. I love jumping with these ropes!

When I was young I have done lot of skipping with more speed, seeing this I am thinking of starting it again at the age of 50,is it possible ?
it going to hurt ur knees alot
Go for it. I'm 50 and just started. Try doing day on day off to give your knees a break, and start with maybe 5 minutes a day before building up.
Yes.. nothing is impossible age is just no.
